Early on in the COVID-19 pandemic, the office staff adopted a procedure of temperature checks, hand washing, social distancing and mask wearing to keep the office as clean and safe as possible. I am very happy with the results of the treatment, my teeth are straight! Also they are very diligent with double and triple checking on you after the primary treatment to make sure your teeth aren't shifting. Would definitely recommend Petrover Orthodontics for anyone looking into Invisalign!

I came to fix my flared teeth and crossbite, but 10 months into treatment I was told my braces could come off even though my teeth are actually more flared then when I started and my crossbite was still present. (Compare my X-rays below to see my flare progress) When I requested my records for a second opinion, the office manager initially told me I could not have them until treatment was complete because they were "confidential," which is not true. The records I eventually received appeared incomplete and were missing documentation of IPR that was performed during treatment. I decided to stop treatment and requested all of my records on April 11, 2026. As of May 13, 2026, I still have not received everything. The office offered me $813 after I sign a release of liability, but they still have not provided a clear breakdown explaining how my refund was calculated. Very disappointing experience overall.
