Book w/ Danika. Book w/ Danika. BOOK W/ DANIKA…read more I've done a few shoots with Danika/HSR, from cosplay to boudoir to a book shop and I've not been disappointed. I'm also kinda self conscious and terrible at 'modeling' or 'posing' but Danika is patient, and works with me to ensure I'm comfortable. Anyway, somehow with her magic the photos always come out great, and they make me feel confident in myself and my body ~ I can party attribute my frequent wear of crop tops to Danika because she helped me step out of my comfort zone and her positivity is the best. 100/10 would recommend

Getting in and out of the wardrobes was easy, she guided me with every pose and she even took the pressure off by having great music and of course her awesome dance moves. Never in a million years would I think I would do anything remotely like this and you know what, I feel great. My pictures came out awesome! Thank you so much Erin! She made me feel incredibly comfortable--which is hard to do when you're half naked in front of a stranger! But Erin is such a professional and never made things awkward. She knows exactly how to pose you to make you look sexy and hide all the areas you might be a little self-conscious about. And she knows how to capture you at your perfect angle to draw out the diva in you. I loved my photos! Who knew I could look like that! Haha. Again, even though I chose to do this so last minute (3 weeks before my wedding), Erin rushed to edit all 126(!!!) of my photos for me to choose my favorites and then ordered my photo book to be here with plenty of time to spare before my wedding. She is so easy to work with, and I would definitely recommend her! Thanks for everything, Erin!

I had the most wonderful experience! My photo shoot was amazing I recommend JolanJade Photography…read more I can't wait too book my next session!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience so other parents can…read moremake an informed decision before booking. I hired Jolan Jade Photography after reviewing her beautiful online portfolio, which showcased thoughtfully styled newborn portraits, professional posing, and a variety of creative compositions. Unfortunately, the photographs I received were vastly different from the quality and variety advertised. I paid $600 for a gallery consisting largely of repetitive photographs, nearly identical overhead angles, and minimal variation in posing or composition. Many of the images were essentially duplicates with slightly different facial expressions. The difference between her advertised portfolio and the actual work delivered was incredibly disappointing. What made this experience even more frustrating was the lack of professionalism. When I expressed my concerns, rather than acknowledging the significant differences in quality, she attributed the results to my son's age and size, the lighting in my home, and even complained about my nanny. For context, this is my third child and my third experience with professional newborn and childhood photography. I am very familiar with how these sessions work and what to reasonably expect. I have had the same nanny and the same lighting conditions in my home during previous photography sessions without experiencing these issues. Furthermore, my husband, sister, and nanny were all present during the session, and all three commented afterward on how unprofessional they found her conduct. Unfortunately, I wasn't present for the entire session, but hearing the same concerns from three people who witnessed it was incredibly disappointing. I also provided my son's exact age and measurements before booking. If his age, size, or the conditions in my home would significantly limit the photographer's ability to produce work comparable to her advertised portfolio, I believe those concerns should have been communicated beforehand rather than used as explanations afterward. Newborn photographs are irreplaceable memories. These are moments you cannot recreate, and choosing a photographer is an important decision built on trust, professionalism, and the quality of work they advertise. My disappointment goes far beyond simply disliking a few photographs. It is the substantial discrepancy between the work advertised and delivered, the lack of variety and attention to detail, and the overall experience. I strongly encourage other parents to request complete, recent client galleries rather than relying solely on the carefully selected photographs displayed on a website. After three children and three professional photography experiences, this was by far my most disappointing. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this photographer.

Even though I dreamed of having that experience, I felt hesitant and compared myself to other more beautiful woman, questioning if it was right for me. I had a new body, and not necessarily one I loved. She reassured me that her team would give me a much-needed day of pampering and promised to create the most beautiful photographs I have ever seen of myself. Michelle delivered on that promise. One portrait is now hanging as a center-piece on our wall and my baby will grow up looking at it every day. When I've aged or even passed, he will cherish that portrait and remember the version of his mom he loves most, the version who was young, vibrant and confident. That alone is worth the experience. I also get to look at that portrait everyday and remember to love myself. It reminds me to value myself as a woman, as a wife, as a mother and as a small business owner. I get to admire and envy my own portraits everyday, and that is everything. Aside from her amazing talent as an artist, she is also an amazing person. I can't say enough good things about Michelle. She loves connecting with people and I've made a friend for life. She showed (and continues to show) me a lot of respect and genuine kindness. She is exactly the right person to entrust with your portraits.

Finally, when we were able to see the proofs she had, we were extremely disappointed, sadly was only able to pick but a few favorites. She kept repeating to us now remember these aren't touched up, that it just seemed very odd and unprofessional. Not to mention, I wanted photos of us to look more natural, not all filtered. My make up was lighter than my neck. Would've been nice for my face to match my neck at least. But via Zoom call on the computer thumbing through. They just looked horrible. It rained that day so when we were outside doing the so-called garden shoot in the rain. Ugh along with a large deposit to which didn't receive any of it back or any photos. She and I had several text back-and-forth on my end goal to work something out. I had only picked four or five pictures asked her for a smaller package. She said that is not something that's available. They were extremely expensive packages i wish i would've checked that out before I even made an appointment. Definitely not worth it so disappointed when I saw the pictures. My daughter actually didn't want any of them, so I was left to try to figure out which ones I would even consider purchasing in a package. She didn't offer smaller packages apparently. After like I said several text messages back-and-forth. She said if I didn't pay on September 1, if I remember correctly, like $1600 for a package my file would be deleted. I would be out my $500 deposit. with nothing to show for it. Just simply a waste of time and money to i wouldn't recommend this lady to anyone. Apparently in her mind it's OK for her to run a business in this manner. Extremely disappointed if you want a great Photographer lo
