I'm so grateful that she ended up having space available, because this is my favorite haircut and experience of my life. She understood exactly what I wanted based on my picture of Jenny Ortega sporting shaggy layers. She encouraged me that I had more curls than I knew (versus other hairstylists have often doubted me so I started calling my hair wavy). She is positive and affirming when chatting with customers, and by the end, I had made a new friend. Just to have her refuse my service one hour before close to change out 8 piercing for one person and another for someone who walked in after me. Very rude.
