Car wash was rough on my truck and I chalked it up to the sensors being a little off, no big deal. Wrong. On inspection post wash, my rear passenger wheel well was scratched pretty badly as well as the driver door panel. When alerted, the owner completely denied that it was the car wash's fault and that there was absolutely no way his wash did the damage. Got belligerent about how he is a mechanical engineer and that it is impossible for his machine could cause the damage. Spoke about being a house painter and how nobody's aware of damage until things are clean. Made me out to be someone who was ignorant of the status of my everyday driver truck and one who is lying trying to get an innocent person to pay for something that wasn't their fault. Trash. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience earned one star…read more I was explicitly told my car would be completed the same day if I brought it in. Based on that promise, I rearranged my schedule and dropped off my vehicle. After they already had my car, I was suddenly told it would actually take about three business days and that there was "nothing they could do." If that had been communicated from the beginning, I never would have brought my car there. What made this even more frustrating is that my car sat there all day without anyone even touching it. It wasn't delayed because work had already started--it was simply left untouched. I ended up going back, telling them not to work on it at all, and taking my car somewhere else. My vehicle only has 64 miles on it, and I'm not comfortable leaving it with a business that tells me one thing to get me in the door and then changes the story once they already have my car. Because of this, I wasted an entire day that I could have spent taking my car to a shop that was honest about its timeline. Reliability and honesty matter just as much as the quality of the work, and this experience left me feeling like my time wasn't respected. My advice is simple: if meeting the promised timeline is important to you, consider getting a clear written commitment before leaving your vehicle, or look elsewhere. I can't recommend a business that promises one thing and then delivers the exact opposite.

Whoever my husband spoke to on the phone they were very courteous and very informative, so he made an appointment for a drop off the following week. When we arrived we met Alex L. and from the moment we walked in he was kind, extremely professional and very thorough about how the whole process worked. He helped us pick out the tint that would work best for our 18 year old son. We went with the ceramic tint and we felt the price was very good for the work we were getting done. To be honest, we felt terrible even asking them to take on this job bc the tint was so bad, but they reassured us they could take it on. During the time the Mustang was there, Alex stayed in contact with us, updating us where they were in the process. We appreciated this so much bc it helped us plan out the next couple of days. We went back to pick up the Mustang and OH MY! It was gorgeous! I KNOW they busted their butts getting her looking this good. I am kicking myself that I didn't think to take before pics so I could post the before and after. But we were absolutely super impressed. *Also, the ceramic tint has done wonders with this heat. Now I want to get all of our vehicles done just for the ceramic tint. We appreciate all of their hard work and plan to bring them more business. We highly recommend Tint World!
