From the beginning when we interviewed Lisa Doyle, we already saw the trust & confidence and the many years of invaluable experience that she holds in the industry, especially in the San Ramon Valley area. Lisa was very sensitive with our family situation with the recent passing of our Mom. She was able to guide us step by step with attention to detail, through the preparation, marketing, and sale of our Mother's home in the Alta Mira neighborhood, at Gale Ranch, San Ramon. My sister and I have (2) other siblings and we are a very close knit family and saw the same chemistry with the Doyle family team. Although they are associated with a highly rated brokerage company, Christies-Sereno, they really operate like a small firm and make client services very personal & paramount. We were able to get the one-on-one collaboration with the team keeping the open lines of communications throughout the entire sales process. Their aggressive marketing approach & expanded network thoughout the greater Bay Area provides optimum coverage, attracting a large window of potential buyers. Our Mom's home was well prepared & refreshed with new paint and select interior improvements for impact. Not to mention, the home was perfectly staged that it sold instantly over asking price after the 1st open house! This is very impressive considering the current state of the economy. My sister and brothers are in much disbelief that our Mom's home sold so quickly! Mission accomplished & definitely an epic sale! Many thanks to the Doyle Team! You guys rock!!! But, Jordan turned out to be a rock star!!! He found a beautiful home that had not yet been put on the MLS and was able to work his magic to secure the home at a great price. Jordan then was retained to sell my son's home. He recommended some cosmetic work to the home to make it more desirable, had the contacts to get the work done, and paid for the work himself. A potential buyer emerged and despite the buyer putting in "best and last pricing", which was close to the asking, Jordan was able to extract an additional $15,000. This guy knows what he's doing and worked his magic to satisfy rather hard to please clientele.

The process did span out for 2 years, during which Jordan was extremely patient and always available for that next tour. In fact, Kin recommended the home I eventually bought while I was on vacation in Europe. She sent me detailed videos and explained exactly how the house matched my preferences.
