    My 2024 Ford Transit.

I have a new (44 miles 3/2025) Ford Transit van. Light on dash signaling right rear door ajar. I took it to the Ford dealer where I bought the van and was told it would be a week before an appointment. I called Darcars Lanham and spoke with Ms Bryanna Tate. Her kind voice was reassuring I called the right place. She got my truck in the next morning and said I would hear from her that same afternoon. I did. And my van was ready to be picked up. I am truly grateful to have spoke and worked with Ms Bryanna. In fact, she met me when I arrived and checked my van into the shop. Thank you Ms Bryanna for your excellent people skills and customer service. You represent Darcars Ford Service Department well!

This was the 25th vehicle I've purchased in my life and was better than my prior excellent experiences with Mercedes, Acura and Infiniti. My initial contact was with sales person Caesy Rivera by phone and he was very informative about the Darcars pricing strategy and verifying the 2020 Grand Cherokee High Altitude (w/5.7L Hemi) I was interested in was available. I was unable to travel the 1.5 hours to the dealership till this past Friday (9 Oct). Upon arrival and after being introduced to sales managers Frankie and Tim, Caesy explained features of the vehicle (this was my first time driving a Grand Cherokee) and the basic outline of where we were going on the test drive. The Grand Cherokee was quite impressive. Upon return to the dealership, Caesy provided the dealerships initial sales write up. I was impressed with their first offer on the F150 I was trading in. The Darcar sales price of the Grand Cherokee was quite fair based upon my several weeks of research. After a brief discussion with Frankie (Semper Fi!), we were able to come to an acceptable compromise on pricing of both the Grand Cherokee and my F150 trade in. This occurred in less than 5 minutes of start of negotiations! Amazing!!! To add more greatness to this transaction, when I met with Andrew in F & I, he was prepared for me, had pertinent documents laid out and explained extended warranty options. I already had pre-approved financing with my bank, so that merely streamlined the process. Andrew was very professional - as are all of the folks I interacted with at Darcars New Carrollton! The vast inventory selection (they were the only dealer within 75 miles with Hemi powered High Altitudes - and they had four of them) and wonderful sales professionals at Darcars New Carrollton certainly made my 1.5 hour drive each way well worth the effort and time invested.

Easterns Automotive Group had the one we wanted and that's when I got in touch with Mike. Now I've been through the process of buying a few cars before and out of all the experiences I've had, Mike has done the most to make sure everything went smoothly and that we had an amazing experience. First, Mike made sure I was able to look over the Carfax and see if there was anything I might be concerned about. He didn't have to take the time to do this but he did. Then he made sure the car was thoroughly detailed for us as he knew this was going to be a special gift. When it came time to do the paperwork, things were a little more complicated because we were purchasing a vehicle out of state, but again, Mike was making sure we felt comfortable with everything and we never felt bad for asking questions if we had them. Finally, when it came time to ship the car, Mike was there making sure it got loaded ok and was safely on it's way. Now technically, Mike's job was done, but he wasn't done making sure our experience was the best. He was checking in to make sure the Jeep was delivered ok. Even though that wasn't his responsibility. He was genuinely excited to hear how my mom would react to seeing her Jeep and again, wanted to do everything he could to make sure she had a great experience. He even sent a card and called her to congratulate her! Mike went above and beyond because he not only helped make sure we were getting a beautiful Jeep for mom, but that she would get the kind of VIP experience that she would remember for the rest of her life. And that's not something you can necessarily pay for. It takes a special type of person who understands the value of relationships and that's what I came to see about Mike. He doesn't just treat you like a customer, he treats you like family. When buying a car from Mike, you feel like you're buying a car from a friend, someone who cares about you and is looking out for you. So thank you Mike! My mom will remember this experience for the rest of her life and we couldn't have done this without you. For anyone considering purchasing a vehicle, I would highly recommend giving Mike a call or stopping by and saying "hi!" Mike has such a gentle and loving personality, that I believe whether you end up buying a car from him or not, you'll consider the time speaking with him worthwhile. And if you're fortunate enough to get to know Mike to where you become like family with him, well that's the true blessing in all of this that goes way beyond the measure and worth of any vehicle you might decide to purchase.

One of the things I appreciated most was working with a non-commissioned sales consultant. There was no pressure to buy, which made the experience feel much more relaxed and customer-focused. My sales consultant Justin was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was considering and took the time to answer my questions. Enterprise also had a great selection of vehicles, and I appreciated being able to have an independent pre-purchase inspection (PPI) completed before buying. The manager Anna was also very helpful and took the time to answer my questions. I appreciated that she was open to feedback and willing to address my concerns. There are a couple of areas where the experience could be improved. Some of the internal processes could use closer attention to detail. For example, the wrong VIN was initially entered on my sales contract, and a check I provided was accidentally damaged by another team member. Neither issue changed my overall decision to purchase the vehicle, but they did create unnecessary delays and frustration during an already lengthy process. Despite those hiccups, I was very happy with my overall experience and with my vehicle. I especially appreciated the no-pressure, customer-focused approach, and I would definitely recommend Enterprise Car Sales to someone looking for a used vehicle.

The vehicle was listed with a starting price 2k less than any dealer within 300 miles. I was pre approved with my bank with a rate of 3%. To the best of my knowledge..that's a solid rate. The original dealer told me they could meet my number but I had to finance through Ford Motor Credit. I explained that I was content with the rate in recieved and was not looking to finance anywhere else but my bank. They wouldn't budge and the difference was only $1200 from what i wanted to pay and what they offered me ( without financing through Ford Motor Credit). So I thanked them for their time and got up from the table. Fast forward to two days later... I received a phone call from Idrissa Bah from Darcars. He was calling me back from a previous online inquiry I had made weeks earlier. I spoke with Idrissa about my situation at the other dealer and he asked if I could forward him all my info and he could see if he could help. Doubting he could get me a better deal, I still went ahead and sent it. Why not try at least, right?? Not even 2 mins after sending him my info, I received a call from Tavin, the General Sales Manager ( assuming that's what GSM stands for)..this guy is the MAN. He reviewed my info and not only did he meet my number but also said didn't have to go through Ford Motor Credit, my check was fine. I told him he had a deal! I went to the Darcars that night after work...lo and behold I'm the proud owner of a new Ford Focus ST! Everyone I came into contact with at the dealer was awesome. From Hillary, the online rep..to Idrissa, my sales guy....to Tavin the Sales Manager...and my guy Chico who handled all the finances of the deal. I could not have been happier. You guys made my 39mile trip ( one way) totally worth it! My next car will definitely be purchased from these guys!

When I arrived, I stood there for 16 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me because the service advisor was on the phone. After waiting approximately four hours, I was finally told that my vehicle was finished. I had shuttled to a Starbucks about half a mile away, so I called the dealership three times to let them know I was returning and to confirm everything was ready. No one answered. After waiting another 25 minutes, I walked the half mile back--only to find an employee sitting at the desk looking at his phone. The service advisor checked me out without ever mentioning that one of the two recalls had not been completed. I only discovered this days later when I received an email asking me to schedule another appointment for the same recall. When I called for clarification, I was casually told, "Oh, we had to order parts." That should have been communicated before the appointment, during the four-hour wait, or--at the absolute minimum--when I checked out. Instead, they allowed me to leave believing that both safety recalls had been completed. The most concerning part is not simply that the part needed to be ordered; it is the complete lack of communication at every stage. Customers should not have to chase down employees, make repeated unanswered phone calls, and discover through an automated email that safety-related work was never performed. When I called today to ask whether another appointment was necessary, the advisor's attitude was indifferent. Four hours of waiting, multiple unanswered calls, an incomplete recall, and zero proactive communication. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend that anyone bringing a vehicle here verify every detail before leaving, because apparently being told your car is "finished" does not mean the work you scheduled was actually completed.

At other Toyota dealerships, I've experienced long waits with little to no communication--even while sitting right in the waiting area. That is not the case here. At this location, I'm never waiting all day. In fact, my car is often ready before I even realize it's been taken back for service. The communication is clear, the process is smooth, and everything feels well-organized. I truly appreciate the fast, efficient, and professional service provided by the service department. This was never stated anywhere on the online booking system, and despite selecting the "Please Call Me" option when scheduling on 3/14, no one ever called to clarify. When I asked about it, I was told that employees "can't see anything once an appointment is booked." If that's true, why even have the option for a customer to request a call? It makes zero sense. Because of their poor communication and misleading scheduling system, I left work early for nothing and will now have to take an entire day off to accommodate their hidden policies. I can't accrue ample leave, so this is a serious inconvenience. Toyota, fix your scheduling system: 1. Clearly state diagnostic appointments must be before 2 PM. 2. If you offer a "Please Call Me" option, make sure it actually works. 3. Train your staff to see customer requests and follow through. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone who values their time. Complete lack of accountability. I ended up just leaving out. No apology or anything. Will no longer spend my money with them.

Here's a secret: Certain car dealerships - whom I won't mention here - send their trucks to these guys and end up selling the installed package for about 3-4 times the original price of the equipment. This wasn't a surprise to me because having been in the business myself, I've seen retail markups go up to 100% or higher. Save your money and come here first. I had a Viper alarm/remote start system installed here as well. Here it may sound as a complaint, but since it was an isolated incident among the other times I have had my truck serviced here, I will let it pass.
