The doctors & staff at this facility are AMAZING! They are truly dedicated to their patients…read more They show the utmost respect & compassion. I have been with them for over 20 years. Recently, I came in after having a headache for over a week. Upon talking to a doctor, I was immediately sent to her a CAT SCAN with the word STAT on the paperwork. I was scheduled the following day but my insurance denied the coverage. After another week I went again back into the office. The office manager was so mad at my insurance she called them immediately. She was able to get a conference call between them and my doctor and got it approved the same day. I got a CAT SCAN done the next day. I ended up having a blood clot in my brain. She probably saves my life. I highly recommend this group of dedicated professionals.

I have been going to Dr. Mohan Jacob for 15 years- due to my having MVP…read more I have always gone once a year for all my test: Thallium Stress Imaging, 24 Hour Holter Monitor, Echocardiogram with Cardiac Doppler, Duplex Carotid Artery Exam & EKG. When I went for all the test yesterday April 27, 2015- they said: my insurance has changed, we no longer can do these test on the same day. I had to make 3 separate appointments! I went home and call my insurance company and asked if they changed their policy.....and BCBS said "no, it was not true"- they don't require 3 separate appointments for these test- they would pay for it, like they have always done. So April 28th- I went back to Dr. Jacobs office to confirmed with them. I said, you told me yesterday that my insurance changed their policy, but I called and this is not true. The girl in Dr. Jacobs office said "their office policy changed"- admitting they told me a lie the day before. You see if I come take these test on 3 separate days instead of having them all done on one day- they make "more money". It is a sad day for me- to find out that my Dr. cares more about lying to me and making more money- than for his patient's convenience, economy, and well-fair.
