I really got more than I expected from the course in asking quite a few 'what if' questions to really help clarify some of the ambiguity and nuances within the law that many get wrong if they aren't reading the law and updates annually. I've taken a 'concealed carry class' before...so i understand most of the concepts and standards. Yet, its amazing how a very experienced and skilled individual can shed new light on even the basics. Jason did that! He gave the facts on legality and what kind of behavior is expected of someone who expects to have the privilege of carrying a concealed pistol, but he also gave life to the discussion by providing details on much more including things like the difference between 'single action' and 'double action' revolvers. Yah, its not like it's a secret, but thanks to Jason...there are a few more knowledgeable people about to enter the guild of CCW protectors here in NC. Of course there's a practical portion of the class with target shooting. And once again, i feel like Jason went above and beyond either his instruction.
