When I finally got it back, much of the work I paid for was either incomplete or poorly done, and my vehicle had additional damage. The spoiler was installed incorrectly, multiple unnecessary holes were drilled into my trunk, and the car was returned without being properly cleaned or polished. I have payment records, messages, photos, and documentation of the damage to support what I am stating here. I have also reported the matter through the appropriate official and legal channels. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend being extremely careful when dealing with these people and documenting everything in writing.

Stripes and belts aren't handed out just because you pay the monthly fee. They absolutely LOVE coming to class and learning new techniques. They are both constantly reminding me that they have class that day and my daughter gets very upset the few times we miss class lol funny thing is that I was worried about her not liking it and now it's her favorite hobby. Both kids will practice the lessons they learn in class on their own at home which I think says a lot about the instructors and how they lead the class and teach the students. All of the coaches are very professional yet make coming here feel like being part of a family. Also, I am very surprised to see the techniques they are learning in class. The lessons begin as simple and basic then build off of each other. The studio is also ALWAYS very clean. Price point wise, I think it is very reasonable and I'm grateful this is also a place where they don't try to haggle you or add extra charges as I have seen/experienced at other places. Nam's academy isn't a shiny franchise gym, but it is clean and holds an abundance of character. The classes are generally small so you get plenty of attention and assistance from the instructors. Nam is the owner of the academy and he is very respectful and attentive to his students. His years of competing professionally in MMA are considerable and his expertise is reflected in his style of coaching. He is dynamic, adept, and effective. He pushes you to leave everything you have left on the mat every single class. As a novice I was able to learn and progress confidently with each class.
