This was the first of two pawns shops that I had visited. There were 2 very nice guys that helped me and explained the process. I presented multiple items, including a ring (14k gold, 4.6 grams), in hopes to get as much as I could for a short term loan. I understand they are in the business of making money, but I had a gut feeling to check one more place out. I told them I would be back if I couldn't find a better offer. I didn't go back. The second place offered me $250, just for my ring, whereas they offered me $250 for the ring, a laptop and a Nintendo switch lite. It's not a huge deal, but it's nice to keep the other items. Don't bother going off the closing times listed. They lie and close early whenever they feel like it. Even when you call and speak to someone who says they open till 5:30, they will still close before that. read more

This is usually my last resort when it comes to pawn shops. I have bean in here 3 times and have never left happy. They don't seem to be interested in helping customers. My mother pawned a ring here, when she went to pay it off it took them about an hour to find it. read more

Dan, Garrett and Keith are great guys. They do their best to help people with reasonable requests and are always willing to work with you, with in reason. They have a wide variety of stick that changes all the time. It's a great place to go browse for items especially that one off item you are looking for. I stopped in one day to check out their inventory. Immediately upon entering I realized I was the only one there and had the same feeling you get when you are being stalked by a cougar while Elk hunting. Sure enough, I was approached by a man who identified himself as "Garrett" asking if I'm looking for something in particular. I responded that I was just curious and looking around while he stared at me open-mouthed with a vacant stare. I awkwardly looked around for a few more minutes before I said thank you and eagerly found the exit. This was hands-down one of the most bizarre experiences I've had in a business. I realize that it was a pawn shop, but I didn't expect to be approached by a guy that exuded a higher degree of sleaze than a desperate used car salesman. To be honest, even if I had found something I was interested in, which I did not, I would not have instigated any further communication with this individual. There are some people who are so incredibly daft that you instantly realize any further communication with them will result in your frustration, just not worth it. read more

Not a credible pawn shop at all. Went in there with items valued upwards of $400 new and easily sellable in their shop and got offered a $10 loan. Unfortunate and stupid.
