There was another sales rep there at the time and he would get off phone with customers and let his frustration be known very loudly and with some curse words so wish I knew his name so I could tell you to avoid that salesman!! Mullets installer installed new dishwasher but left 13-year-old plumbing from previous dishwasher. 6 months later 13 year old plumbing ruptured and caused flood in my kitchen. I had to pay $161 for new plumbing to be installed 6 months after original installation. I called over 12 times to reverse charge once I had proof that it was 13 year old part ruptured. Mullets told me this additional charge was justified as I did not have a "standard" installation. I asked if causing flooding in new clients dishwasher was standard policy. They would not reverse the additional charge. Unreliable installation and poor communication.
