Then they called me 5 hours AFTER my truck was supposed to arrive to tell me they have lost my shipment! They lost it in Denver a few days ago, I am in Austin. All they can tell me is "we have no idea where your freight is". This is unacceptable. This definitely would have been faster to use a horse and buggy at this point and I am certain the horses would be much more competent than Con-Way employees!
