The first time I waited until after my 4 hour delivery window for my item to be delivered for me to call them and to have them say well we can't find it in our warehouse and it didn't make it on the delivery truck. I waited that whole time for them to show up and they didn't and then they proceeded to tell me that well I guess I should've called to tell you that we couldn't find it...uhh do you think!! I guess they think people don't work and have all the time in the world to wait on them. They proceeded to tell me that when they find it they will deliver it at my convenience. Well, I didn't know my convenience was actually their convenience. Here I sit for the second time waiting and I called again to see when it would be delivered just for them to tell me well our system is down so we don't know when it will be delivered. Well, don't worry I'm sure you'll pay for my wages that I missed out on today because you can't figure out your own system or have the common knowledge to pick up the phone and call to let your customers know their item won't be delivered today and apologize because you don't know where you put your items in your warehouse. Stay away people! They say their the best delivery service but I beg to differ!
