Please don't use this fence company because if you have issues, you're on your own. I purchased a…read moreprivacy fence through Lowe's and Amigo installed my fence. Well, July 2025 was when my warranty expired. The first week of September I noticed the fence had a plank that was splintering and between the planks it's turning green from mold. I reached out the worthless Lowe's and was pretty told we have nothing to do with that since July of 2025 your warranty expired. Lowe's and Amigo Fence will leave you hanging if the product is defective. If this had occurred several months after installation, I would understand but still think if the product is defective more should be done to make things right. Sometimes it takes more than a year for defective products to appear. Lowe's has a reputation of treating their dedicated customer expendable. They will surely go out of business as many other American businesses that treat customers poorly.

I recently had Summit Fence repair and replace a large section of our aluminum fencing after a huge…read moreoak tree came down and destroyed about 30% of it. We needed to swap out damaged panels and fully replace others for 70 feet of fencing, including one 4' wide single gate. The final result is a clean, professional install using the standard 4'H Aluminum Smooth Top - 3-Rail panel style, and it looks excellent. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Amanda was fantastic; she stayed in constant touch, gave clear information at every step, and kept everything wonderfully organized. She made what could have been a stressful project feel smooth and effortless. Carlos was equally impressive. He came out to personally determine the action plan and immediately gave me confidence that he would personally do a great job. He's extremely knowledgeable, listened carefully to what we needed, and followed through on everything he said he would do and then some! His crew worked efficiently and produced high-quality work. There are many fence companies out there, but Summit Fence was the only one that genuinely made me feel like they understood exactly what needed to happen and had the capability and care to do it properly. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if we ever need something else. Thank you, Amanda, Carlos, and the whole crew for a job well done.

Jacob was on time to the appointment, friendly, and took his time assessing our needs. I was genuinely looking forward to working with them, but unfortunately, fate had other plans. Jacob was unable to get back to me in a timely manner due to personal reasons. In the meantime, I decided to sign with another company to complete the work I need on my property. I was disappointed that I hadn't heard back from Jacob, so I left a review here expressing that disappointment. Almost immediately upon submitting my review, the owner responded. A short time later, Jacob called to explain why he hadn't gotten back to me and apologized for having dropped the ball. While I cannot speak to the quality of their work because I did not end up hiring them, I am changing my review because I feel like the owner and Jacob reaching out despite already having lost me as a customer shows integrity and care that is lacking in many contractor businesses these days. I appreciate that they care, so it is only fair for my review to be updated to reflect that accordingly.

The second time, the company sent out a full crew and it was just a repeat of what the first installer did but at least 2 of the gates worked. Half the fence still wasn't level and the back edge still leaned away from the pool and they dumped the concrete from the first installer in the woods behind my house. The third time, I was home and after my inspection I found one of the sections of the fence had been installed backwards, one of the gates still didn't work and the concrete was still in the woods. I have since gone back and readjusted 2 gates to get them to work and still had to haul pieces of concrete to the dump.

Back story, my next door neighbor had All Advanced Fence do their fence. I was going to attach to theirs, I saw the workers out there. That's how I knew who would probably do my fence as well. also it was starting to rain so I only called to see if they were running late. The owner cancelled my fence that day! God is so good though, my neighbors fence is warped and the quality of the work is not good. Some of the boards used were in poor quality from the start that's why it looks the way it does and its only been up about 8 months. I dodged that bullet.
