So I was supposed to get both children in their car seats, drive across the street, get them both out at a gas station. She would have peed in the car seat. You're so worried about a sink that could be easily bleached, you would rather a little girl drive home (you said we lived far) in her own urine! What you are saying is a complete lie. Thankfully the office staff were kind but it was very crowded in the office. The chairs that the kids sat in were all pretty close together. So there wasn't much privacy between the doc and the patient, since the patient next to us could hear everything. Not to mention, the treatments Dr. Lee recommended supposedly needed to be done right away, but when we asked the front office what days they had available, they said they couldn't fit him in until July. The staff and the dental professionals were all kind, but I'm afraid this just isn't the office for us.

Christian at the front desk was fantastic from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly organized. He made sure all of our paperwork was completed before our appointment, so I wasn't trying to juggle forms while chasing a 19-month-old toddler around the office. At the end of our visit, he also let me know I could call him anytime if I had questions about insurance or future payments, which I really appreciated. Our dental hygienist, Elizabeth, was amazing with my son. To give you an idea, my toddler literally puckers his lips shut and squirms every time I brush his teeth, so I knew getting him to open his mouth for a stranger wasn't going to be easy. They first tried using the regular chair with the TV, but when that wasn't enough, they had a special bench that allowed me to comfortably hold him in a position where Elizabeth could safely and thoroughly clean his teeth. She was unbelievably patient and had so many little tricks to help keep him calm. Despite all the toddler wiggles, she did an incredible job cleaning his teeth. Dr. Husain was just as wonderful. He was patient, thorough, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my son's small cavity. I never felt pressured, and I really appreciated that he focused on what was best for my son instead of jumping to the most aggressive option. While we were waiting, I noticed Dr. Husain's education and training, and I was genuinely impressed. Seeing that he trained at prestigious institutions like UCLA, USC, and Yale for pediatric dentistry gave me even more confidence that we were in excellent hands.
