I'm typically very empathetic when it comes to mistakes. None of us, as individuals and…read moreorganizations, can perform flawlessly every day. I believe in 2nd chances. When I first made a big purchase from Mountain High (i.e a 1-ton boulder), I made sure that I was profusely explicit about its placement on delivery day. I even included pictures. Moreover, I made sure that I provided detailed instructions in both English and Spanish. On the day of delivery, the delivery people still got it wrong. I had to negotiate final payment until they moved the boulder to the location I specified on my yard. Most recently, I purchased 1 cubic yard of landscaping rocks (i.e a scoopful). Their delivery fee seemed reasonable, as my house is only about ~1.5 miles from their location. I don't own a pick-up truck, so opted for it. On the day of the delivery, I told the truck driver of my preference. But, as he is the one with practice, expertise, and training, I gave him a choice. If my preferred location on my yard would not be feasible to access, then I would accept the back of my driveway as an acceptable location. The driver indicated that he had walked my property. He made the choice to not put the rocks on my driveway. I trusted in his judgement about his skills and experience, as he does this for a living daily. The driver ended up getting stuck on my yard as a result from his decision, and his companion insisted on charging me for a tow-truck service. I stood my ground and let him know that it had been the driver's discernment that got his truck stuck. His coworker ended up summoning another of their trucks to pull two trucks that got stuck on my yard. The second truck got stuck when he attempted to assist their 1st truck. All trucks made it out of my yard eventually, but shredded my yard in the process. It was an incompetent delivery again. Their drivers have no common sense. I will not grant this company a chance for a 3rd strike. Two consecutive mistakes that wrecked my yard was enough for me. I hope you have better luck with their delivery, if you decide to give this company a chance with your yard.

I purchased a few succulents and low light indoor plants but I forgot to get the bird seed which is something they carry along with lots of bird supplies. Guess it will have to be another trip soon. The service is also very supportive and you don't feel as if you have to track down someone who works there to assist you with a question. Another great thing is they offer planting services too.
