However, both he and his fellow mover were still pretty prompt and still came by at around 1:30 or 1:45 pm, which was not too far off from the original time they were about to come by. I was really amazed that they unloaded everything, worked really hard, and were extremely careful with my boxes and fragile belongings, and moved everything into my new apartment within half an hour :D ! Because my new home was not yet ready for occupancy, I had to pay for storage; the storage rate was, I thought, extremely high. When I needed another week (after the first month), I had to pay for another entire month of storage--$1500! No partial month! Delivery was prompt, and we had 3 days to unload; after I called that we were done (on a Friday), they picked up the trailer on Monday. My only problem was with the storage fee, which basically doubled my cost of moving. I heartily recommend their service, except for their storage rates.
