But my first time at Fun country RV and was greeted right away even with a full lobby with customers making purchases. Met with Mark burrow our salesperson explained exactly what we wanted and he knew right where to go. As we left the office outside to the lot the first thing he said to us was I'm not going to pressure you to buy anything in any way. He was right! He didn't. They had the perfect travel trailer that suited my family's needs. Financing was super and the whole process was timely manner. Highly recommended great customer service. Since we were traveling and on a schedule I had to check our itinerary and call ahead to make an appointment in the city where we were going to be in a few days. I called Double T on a Friday and told them my situation and asked if they would be able to help me out on the following Tuesday. They lady on the phone, who was very nice, told me that they were pretty booked, but since we were traveling and living in our motorhome she would ask the tech if they could squeeze me in. I was extremely pleased when she came back and told me that the tech said yes. So I showed up around 9:15 Tuesday morning and they took my motorhome right into the shop and got to work and about 2.5 hours later they had the air conditioner fixed and I was back on the road. I would highly recommend Double T if you are in need of RV repairs. They are very personable, nice people who get the job done right at a fair price.
