He said he would call me with updates on how everything was going. As of today, 2-2-24, he has NEVER called me back with updates, I've always had to call him. Last time I spoke with him in December, he told me he was going to leave the paperwork at the father's house on 1-6-24. I didn't hear from him, so I called and called, and his voicemailbox is not set up. After trying for over 2 weeks, now the phone number is disconnected. Will be driving to the office to get my paperwork back! Beware anyone who does bussiness with him!!!

Add the fact that we only spoke over the phone, and I provided all my content and info via email. There was tremendous opportunity for delay or mistakes, but Raymond was a true professional and handled this prickly case. And that is no small feat as this person I needed served is extremely toxic, and of course, he took some unwarranted verbal abuse from them (which is a shame as that person knows the process well since I was served by this individual in a spectacularly public fashion some years ago). But I digress. Raymond gave me a simple, but clear list of things he needed to get the job done, and was responsive to my questions and concerns. He is even able to reach out and touch military personnel, as my case is, to get them served in a timely fashion. And the best part is, he sent me the needed documents for the court as soon as possible. Again, all done virtually without ever having to meet in person, and might I add, in the apparent deathly heat of El Paso, Texas. The prices was very, very reasonable, and again, Raymond explained how it works to me, what my cost would be, and that was exactly what I paid AFTER he completed the service. I can't stress this enough -- Cherokee Process Server proved to me they are a first-class organization and are highly capable of delivering on anyone's process server needs. They are an accredited business, and Raymond is a veteran as well. There was no downside to hiring them. I received a call from Mr. Jose Gandara of West Texas Process Service & Investigations on…read more8/15/2024. He explained he had an urgent matter that he needed service on in Madison, AL, and I quoted him $120 for 4 attempts on a RUSH service. I made multiple attempts to serve these documents, including early morning, mid-day, and evenings, but the person appeared to be out of town (confirmed with several neighbors). I had agreed on 4 attempts, but as a courtesy I made a total of 7 attempts. After pressing Mr. Gandara on how he would like to proceed, he told me to non-serve the documents and send my invoice for payment. On 8/21/2024, I sent my invoice and have not received payment. I have sent multiple emails and made several phone calls, but he refuses to answer. After 4 emails about this invoice, he finally replied "Sorry .... Have we not paid you on this matter yet?" I replied confirming that the invoice has not been paid, and I included a link to pay the invoice online. He has disappeared again, and I have not received a response. I have sent more emails, made phone calls, and left messages. I have mailed him a letter, both standard mail and certified, but both were returned to sender. This is a terrible way to do business, especially for a fellow process server that went above and beyond the original agreement in an attempt to resolve your legal documents service. This is the first time I have ever left a negative review on any business, but I felt like it was important to not only warn other process servers but also any of his potential clients who like to work with honest and respectable businesses.
