Secondly, there wasn't a wrapper in the machine and it is not my daughters responsibility to inspect the little holes, the few thousand there are in the machine for chocolate residue. The lady called Ivy, the owner, the one that wears high heeled wedding shoes and dresses to work in a laundry mat. Ivy was not customer service friendly. I am calling every town, state, and federal agency there is to see if this business is on the up and up. I had to beg to use their SHOUT to get the stains out. They finally said my daughter could use their machine, prepay for free. They should've washed her clothes. No wonder why it has 1 star reviews. Last, they use cheap detergent and your clothes smell like mildew, unless you pay extra for fabric softener. Go to Hewlett for drop off service, its worth the few extra miles in gas.

He said "the driver, Mike" will call to arrange pick up. He called a few minutes later, I told him to knock/ring and I'll get him the bags. I brought two of the three bags out and popped back inside to grab a third. When I came back, the bags were gone. No knock/ring or "hey, can I take these?" Nothing, just gone. Then 2 minutes later I get a text from some other named laundry company, telling me I have to Venmo or Zelle him $48. WHAT???? He hadn't even had time to weigh the bags. I had spoken on the phone to TWO men. They said nothing of any of this. They were changing the terms of the agreement. I called Elio on the store phone line, or so I thought. He then told me he sold the company to Mike the driver, and deal with him. He said that he is just doing the laundry work for Mike, but it's Mike's company now. Then he told me he isn't in the store, or even in the state. I tell him I don't like deal being changed, and I don't have their payment methods, and to just bring the bags back. He told me I will have to PAY THEIR MINIMUM, $25 to get my clothing back!!!!! When I objected, he started mouthing off to me. I hung up and called the local Police, who sent a car over. They took care of it. The infractions were clear: - They took the bags without notice (not even all the bags I had) - They changed the agreement after the fact. - They tried to create an illegal bailment with my property.
