I requested a home deep clean, I was moving into an older house. The past owner was not there. The…read morehouse was empty with carpet pulled when they came. I left them alone to do other stuff and came in to check on them a couple hours later. They were working and chatting, we were all chatting shortly, I showed them where cold drinks were and went back to my work. I returned about 4:00 and checked in with them, they were going to be another couple hours. I gave instructions on leaving and went to where I'm staying. Next afternoon I was walking around inside the house. It still smelled like cigarettes, windows looked dingy. I got a paper towel with a little bit of spray on it and ran it along a window frame top. It was nearly black with dust and grit. I wiped the windowsill with a clean part and got the same. Now I was curious...I found water spots on faucet chrome, hand marks on a door frame, walls were not wiped down, some shelves still had stains from old food containers ( these did not completely clean up when I went over them, but they lightened considerably), the washer had cobwebs behind it and a hand smear on the top, the dials had not been wiped down. I could see oils from people's skin around the knobs. I got a referral for Ericsson's by someone who raved about them. I was disappointed. I got a normal house cleaning, not a "deep cleaning". I called the office and explained, they were very apologetic and said they'd have the girls come and fix it. I never got a call, my husband either. They said they went again, I wasn't there. They said they must've left a window open the first visit. One night and a day would not create that much dust on the tops of cupboards, door frames, washer , etc... There ought to be inservices on what defines "deep cleaning" in the company. Otherwise, they were on time, admin was cheerful and professional, I received a thorough estimate of charges.

We highly recommend this business to anyone in need of carpet cleaning. A little about our situation..My parents purchased a home in Kingman, AZ last week, it was "move-in ready" minus the gross carpets! According to their agent, the carpets would be clean prior to them moving in- but this wasn't the case. Someone did come out ( don't know who, it was through the real estate company) half-assed the job and made it so much worse. All the carpets in the 3 bedrooms and living room were visibly dirty, stiff, with pet hair all around the outlines of the rooms, and the whole house smelled like dog urine! It was awful, my dad considered tearing out the carpet or replacing it but the prices were high and the wait time ..ridiculous (4+ months for installation). Being new to the town and not knowing anyone to ask for recommendations , they checked on Yelp and found Tri-State Chem-Dry. I reached out and got a hold of Kevin, I explained the situation and was able to schedule an appointment for this past Wednesday. In our case, we were not quoted over the phone because it is difficult to know how bad the carpets actually were. On the day of the appointment, he showed up on time and ready to asses the damage. Turns out we were right, It was bad but not enough to replace the carpet - saved my parents so much money! He quoted my parents prior to doing any work and was very informative about the process. He was there 4 hours and when he finished, the entire house smelled wonderful and had nice and soft carpets. Thanks to Kevin, my parents will be moving in this weekend as planned! You saved the day :)
