He misrepresented financial details on the seller's side, which caused us to lose money. He claimed he never spoke to the buyer, but later admitted he talked to their assistant -- a misleading and dishonest move. He also gossiped about our family's private matters to the title company and to other agents, which was confirmed by staff at the title company. I even shared highly sensitive medical information with him in confidence, and I now believe he shared it with others, despite me asking him not to. This could be a HIPAA violation. He inserted himself into business that didn't involve him, yelled at me during the sale, and told me I "would be paying Diamond" -- a situation that was between him and another agent, not me. Diamond and I had a professional relationship, and he had no reason to interfere. He was often unavailable unless there was something in it for him, and he clearly gossiped about us to others throughout the process. Another agent he worked with even mentioned he was talking behind our backs. It was completely unprofessional from start to finish. I will be filing a formal complaint with the real estate licensing board as well. If you want an agent who advocates for YOU, respects your privacy, and keeps it professional -- look elsewhere.

This company is unethical, fraudulent and I will get an attorney and sue them for falsified documents. I would not have caught this if I didn't read the documents this company filed on my husband and my behalf. This was our 1st home purchase for over 250k and I refuse to get taken advantage of just because I'm a first time home buyer. This is sad but I'm hearing it happens often. I should be happy in my new home but I'm depressed and experiencing major anxiety behind all of this miscommunication. My attorney is all over this.
