I called the office and was referred to Susan, who offered to walk me through the process over the phone. Still, I was not able to get access. Now, here is the very amazing thing. Sensing I was still frustrated, she offered to have me come in and she would help me step by step. I told her I'd be there in 10 minutes. She was actually waiting for me at the front desk when I arrived. This woman was incredible. She was so kind and patient and calm, which is exactly what I needed today. Susan was able to spot what the issue was, which allowed me to access my account. Problem solved. Susan didn't send me a link to click on or a toll free number to call. She just sat down and helped me. She didn't judge me. She didn't make excuses. She saw I had a problem and knew I needed her help. West Des Moines Ob/GYN is a world class medical practice of experienced doctors and nursing staff that has provided my medical care for over 20 years. I can't imagine going anywhere else. But, today, I needed Susan in billing.... and she really came through for me. I wish I could return the favor to her.
