No one should live like that. Chris and his crew stepped in and cleared out all rooms, taking many items for donation and other items to be trashed. They cleared out his kitchen which had so many canned/boxed food items that were expired. Chris even moved items so they weren't a tripping hazard, he pointed out fire hazards too. He did all of this with compassion and understanding, even recommending a company to help with ongoing cleaning/care to avoid my relative's place returning to its unlivable state. He even provided tax documents for donated items. I live out of state and couldn't be there, and Chris communicated with me throughout the process, sending me videos as he progressed. I even got quotes from competitors who weren't as compassionate or affordable. I highly recommend Orion's Attic!! Chris is amazing!!

As soon as you buy any piece of jewelry, bring it to Vince for a formal independent professional…read moreappraisal. The small cost is "worth its weight in gold." Let me tell you why. We bought a costly engagement ring and wedding band from a large national jewelry store. We immediately brought it to Vince for a formal professional appraisal. That was when we discovered we paid way too much for the rings. Vince then proceeded to educate us, and we returned to the store of purchase. They offered us an apology and made the sale right by giving us a substantial credit off the total purchase price. The new amount was in line with Vince's appraisal. Long story short is that Vince saved us a lot of money. Thank you, Vince!!!

Vince LOVES sharing information about all of these things; his desire to help his clients is palpable. And it is fun, so convivial is Vince. In addition, Vincent's reports are beautiful and detailed. I came away with a greater appreciation for my pieces. Vince helped me by giving advice regarding some bad purchases that I made overseas, which I used to negotiate a partial refund; needless to say, I am grateful beyond measure for this. Vince does not trade in jewelry (neither sells nor buys commercially). Due to this, as well as to all of the above, I trust him and his advice implicitly. The time flies by every time we are together! If you have pieces that will regret losing for monetary reasons, getting them appraised is a must. If you have pieces that you love (and which you think are worth appraising), get them appraised for yourself. You will both enjoy the appraisal process with Vince, and come out smarter following it.
