I'm not a frequent chiropractor visitor, but I really needed relief. Dr. Larry was meticulous, gentle (I'm not a big fan of the big pops and cracks), but he was firm. He spent a lot of time pinpointing the issue and explaining things to me along the way. I left the office immediately 30% better than when I walked in, and within 6 or so hours at home with a regimen of icing and heating, I was 80% recovered. After one return visit, I feel just about as good as new. I'm super impressed with his knowledge and level of care, and grateful to be back to normal. I highly recommend Dr. Larry!

I was taking all kinds of over the counter and prescription meds for these headaches with little relief. I've been to several chiropractors in my life so I thought I knew what to expect. Enter Dr. Jacques "Jox" Allmand -- chiropractor, healer, and possibly a wizard. On my first visit, I explained my symptoms, and while describing the neck and back pain Doc asked "how about headaches?" Without hesitation I said "all the time, every minute". He finished his assessment and said we'd get me feeling better, and "We can definitely fix those headaches." I remember thinking, "Bold claim, sir." But guess what? I have not had a single headache since my first treatment. Not one. It's been three months. I did go back for a few more treatments for my neck and back pain, as I'd been "stuck" for quite a while. I feel better than I have in years. I will be scheduling regular appointments (tune-up Tuesday!) to keep feeling this good. Dr. Jacques uses a mix of conventional and innovative techniques. He's very efficient but when you tell him about a new pain or aren't feeling quite right at the end of the session he takes the time to investigate. You and your pain will be heard. And then you feel better. And then your pickleball game improves! (I hear this is also true for one's golf game.) If you're in pain -- whether it's acute, chronic, new, old, or something you've just decided to "live with" -- don't wait. Run. (Or walk. Or hobble.) Just get yourself to Nazemi Musculoskeletal Center and see Dr. Jacques. Your future, pain-free self will thank you.
