I have purchased a few homes and have refinanced on a couple of occasions .. so financing is nothing new to me and I can say that Daniel has been BY FAR given me the best lending experience. I run my own business, so always take special note of receiving good customer service .. but Daniel has far exceeded my standards and expectations! You will find out within 5 minutes of talking to him that he knows his industry inside and out .. his knowledge alone stands out .. but his up front candidness and honest approach gave me immediate confidence and trust. He never tried to sell me anything and I genuinely felt like I was talking to a friend who had my best interest in mind. He and his team followed through on everything they promised and they were always available to answer my MANY questions from day one through closing! My realtor referred me to NFM Lending since they have a reputation for being the most knowledgeable about OHFA products. I called and spoke with Seth from The Daniel Sa Team. Seth was more than willing to answer my questions and get me pre-qualified. Over a period of 3-4 days, I generated 4-5 emails full of questions regarding OHFA funding, home building vs. purchasing and credit requirements. Seth made himself available every time I reached out to him. He called me instead of simply replying to my emails so he could be sure I understood the information he was providing me. He examined my specific credit situation and finances and gave me tips on how to reach my credit/financing goals. Geez, where do I start? Initially encountered Daniel Sa Team of NFM Lending through google and found them to be insanely popular. Being as popular as they were, I thought they would be extremely busy and couldn't provide the level of attention & communication that a smaller local lender would. Thus, I went with another lender instead. The funny thing was this same lender that I went to had some issues early on with my preapproval as well as little and slow communication. Both issues that The Daniel Sa Team did not have, literally preapproving me in less than 24 hours of receiving my application. Special shoutout to Danny from The Daniel Sa Team of NFM Lending. He was absolutely phenomenal with how he handled my preapproval process, knowledgeble, extremely thorough, and literally left me speechless by the end of the process leading to my preapproval. Really loved the fact that Danny was willing to work with me and really accomodate to ensure my lending needs were taken cared of, all while keeping the process so simple and hassle-free that I had to ask myself, "That's it? I have so many positive things to say about NFM Lending at the Easton office in Columbus, Ohio and the homebuying process. From the first person we talked to until the last, they exhibited professionalism and kindness. Every single one has a positive attitude and truly seemed as though they care and enjoy their jobs. NFM Lending (Danny & the Daniel Sa Team) have made the mortgage lending process as painless as possible at each step of the way. They have been very consistent, reliable, and have provided accurate information, rate/market updates, and were quite flexible in their availability for timely discussions. Danny crunched out a mortgage cost document for us to review together (and frequently updated it as my needs changed), breaking down each line of costs, loan amounts, and presented several options to choose from. This was formatted in an excel style format, with calculations specific to the properties I intended to purchase. After comparing NFM with other mortgage lenders, including the big banks, I found that Danny and the Daniel Sa Team provided a level of customer service and support that is above and beyond expectations. Purchasing a new home can be so stressful and to have an entire group of people at PMAC on our team was so refreshing. Between getting our old home ready to list/sell, and packing for our move, the stress was through the roof. PMAC guided my wife and I through the entire process and made it so easy for us to not have to stress over anything additional on the financial side. I cannot tell you how many times I called after hours to Daniel and Alex, and they were more than willing to take time from their personal lives to help out with any questions I had.
