And then "that's what happens when you let your tooth get infected" ... mind you, I floss, brush & have regular dental care. It was a tooth that had already had root canal so I didn't feel the fracture... Very odd experience. They saw me fast (within a few days of my referral) so that was really nice. but I'm still in shock that the doctor definitely had no bedside manner. Let's hope his skills make up for it & that the post op period goes well.

Which seemed a reasonable question. She steered me to this practice and I have been a very satisfied patient for years. I have had my share of restorations, a few crowns, a gold onlay restoration (which I understand is a technically more difficult and less commonly done, but it was extremely well performed and has served me very well), and my routine exams and prophylaxis visits. All of the staff is courteous, helpful, accommodating, and skilled. I could not imagine going anywhere else, unless Dr. B. directed me to do so (needed a root canal and an implant along the way), and he coordinated my treatment with the Endodontics and Oral Surgeon in those two instances, so I did not feel abandoned by optimally cared for. Once the referral work was done Dr. Bengston resumed my care and the final restoration was completed wonderfully.

I gave 5 stars because Dr Wang seemed like a decent professional periodontist and all the dental…read moreimplants he did for me were a success except the 1st one which was likely because I wasn't following the post treatment with antibiotics and mouth rinse etc, correctly. Having said that, I want to say that his dental assistant Samantha is very rude has very little class and unprofessional. She joked that a person isn't supposed to look like a hillbilly, referring to my missing teeth. She also joked that I must be addicted to getting dental implants because I wasn't getting any crowns for them, which likely would have been a waste of money and time, as I decided that a Snap In (implant) denture on the top of my mouth, would be the better option, and I'm glad I wasnt impulsive and too eager to get crowns as I likely would've regretted getting them and it would have been a waste of time and money. One day, Dr Wang jokingly asked me to shovel his driveway after a snow storm, which I laughed, and the dental assistant Samantha replied, " yeah that's a way to lose weight" ...Which I didn't think that Dr Wang implied anything about my weight. If Samantha thinks she can disparage, humiliate and joke about any dental patients weight or dental condition she is very wrong. . What I have been through with dental problems isn't a joke to me, although people like her may think its a joke. I struggled with severe depression, and definitely could have taken better care of my teeth and didn't know I would go through the struggles of the dental problems that faced me, and my late father also lost most of his teeth at a young age, 30's and 40's, so unfortunately I think I may have genetically soft teeth. I was trying to decide for a while if I should address how I was treated by this dental assistant Samantha. I wasn't sure if I should say something about it or not, however I decided that it was completely unacceptable how I was treated specifically by this so called dental assiant Samantha. It has been a painful difficult and arduous journey dealing with my dental problems mentally emotionally physically and financially and its reprehensible that people like Samantha thought she could ridicule and joke about me like she did. Without dental patients none of you who work at dentist offices, would have a job. Dr Wang needs to think about the kinds of people he has working for him. Most of the people at Cornerstone seemed professional and decent but I can't say the same about this person Samantha.

I am absolutely appalled at the treatment I just received. When I realized I missed an appointment, I called right away. I explained my extenuating circumstance to an AI receptionist. I also thought the fee was $50, but I was being billed for $100. The AI receptionist apologized for my situation, told me she hopes it gets better, and said someone would contact me regarding the fee. When a human returned my call, she had less empathy than the AI 'person' did. She told me that she received my message (which explained why I missed the appointment), and that I owed $100, not $50 (regardless of the form I signed stating otherwise). I told her that I would pay the $100 and find a new dentist. And I hung up. It's a shame. I liked working with Dr Sam and Kirstie. But I cannot in good faith continue to work with a front office who won't even consider my extraordinary situation, let alone one who further takes advantage by charging me double what they should have. The document I signed on 4/22/24 clearly states, 'I understand that if I do not show up for my visit, if I am more than 15 minutes late, or if I cancel without at least 48 hours notice, a $50 missed appointment fee will be assessed to my account and deducted from my reservation deposit.' I also acknowledged that I was entitled to 'considerate, courteous, and respectful treatment.' Thanks for kicking me while I was down. Enjoy your $100.

Judy at the front desk is very considerate of my sometimes inflexible schedule, and always finds a way to pencil me in. Also she seems to remember every person she meets; this woman knows her stuff. They are always upfront and honest regarding costs and service (which is a relief from some of the terrible practices I have witnessed in other places). The owner himself, Dr. Vaez, is also incredibly polite, thorough, and gentle with his care. Sometimes my work brings me out of NY to NH, and I refuse to go anywhere else. The care I receive here is top quality, and the staff is very respectful and welcoming. Aside from the lovely people there, some other things I appreciate about this specific place: * Appointment reminders * I never have to wait long, the second it is my appointment time I am in the chair * Accept CareCredit (life saver) * There is an adorable reading nook for children * They do cute things for various holidays; dressing up for Halloween, and having ornament contests among the staff in December
