At first, I thought I misunderstood. Incredulously, I confirmed she was talking about their clients... people like you and me... who might use RiverBend. I confirmed they are unable to represent anyone with a claim against RiverBend due to their made-up exclusion. So, who do they litigate if they can't litigate against the major hospitals? How much does RiverBend pay them to refuse cases, claiming a conflict of interest? IMO: Shlesinger & deVilleneuve is a scam and a blight on the legal profession.
