He explained to me how my service was guaranteed for a year and that they'd gladly come by to replace my toilet for the new one of purchased at no cost. They showed up on time, kept me updated throughout the day and finished the job quickly. Now I have a new functioning toilet so thank you! Re-update They misquoted me on the replacement of the 2nd toilet which I had them do at the same time as the other I had issues with. (told me it would be $120-130 and the other one was free of charge) and now charging me $248. Also the bathroom smells SO BAD now. It smells like sewer water.

They came out and gave an estimate on all the items separately but I just went with the most emergent one at the time, which was the toilet repair ($300). I then called them about another one of the projects they quoted ($200) They came out and did that. Guess they did a good job. I then called them about some other things. They didn't return my call. I get it. These were small requests/jobs. I declined the largest job they quoted ($2000+) but called them twice for other jobs and they never called back. So I guess they are more interested in other customers that want the expensive/larger jobs. Was hoping they could be my "go-to" plumbers...
