    My family has been waiting for AC for almost a month after the paid 3,000 was required for a new…read moreventing system duct work and hvac unit now we called we have yet to receive an appointment now me and my family are stuck in 90 degree weather I have called only to be told they will call us back and never do I'm beyond pissed with this service if I could rate it 0 I would not to mention I'm pregnant and how this can affect my pregnancy this is scary I'm very pissed to say the least imagine 4 years of the run around with no AC So I see the company has hidden my review so I have an update Somebody came to our house it lasted all but 5 minutes I heard the person pull up so I patiently waited by the door all for the person just to pull right back off So we paid jones back in June around the 16th $3,000 so I expected them to start work the following week here we are July 20th and they told us they wouldn't start till the 1st of August they first told us they wouldn't start until they received the initial payment of $3,000 I'm so fed up and hot it's ridiculous after this I will never use this company again stick with Parker Oil they will be there when they say They have hidden my review on google but hey I'm so fed up and pregnant it's ridiculous Update 8/10/22 They started duct work and have yet to complete the work under the house!!! They only work on our duct work Monday and Tuesday they take the rest of the week off!!!!! And have yet to put the new HVAC unit up work started at the end of July. We haven't seen them in almost two weeks for what reason i do not know but this is too much!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!

We started having problems in 2024 and initially, the repair team diagnosed it as a TXV problem. They replaced the TXV, removed all of the Freon (couldn't they have removed and reinstalled the Freon if it wasn't contaminated??), charged us over $800 for replacing the Freon and the problem still wasn't fixed. They then diagnosed it as a Fan blower motor problem and said it wasn't under warranty. When we did a follow up with Jones Electric, Tiffany advised us the motor was over $1000 and she was trying to find us a cheaper motor (no one asked her to do that!!!). We talked to one of the owners, Mr. Jones, and he advised us they would replace the parts for us, no followup from that conversation. We talked with Jeffery (Residential Manager) with no help there either. Although Jones Electric personnel had told us the system's parts were only warranted for 1 year, that just didn't add up, so we called the Manufacturer and Distributor of the systems-DuCane/Mortex and Ihrie Supply Company and after giving them the Serial numbers, they advised us the parts were still under warranty (Parts were warranted for 5 years). The Distributor, Ihrie Supply, and specifically Buddy V. was very instrumental in helping us get our system back up and running. Buddy provided the fan blower motor under warranty (free of charge) and handled everything very efficiently along with providing information to help us move forward. We haven't heard back from Jones Electric personnel after Tiffany said she would call us back. Once we started working with the Distributor, it took us less than 2 days to get our system back up and running. Jones Electric should take a page from the Distributor's Customer Service manual and provide good customer service to their customers. Customers want professionalism, quality, pricing, reliability, dependability and trustworthiness.

    I used AmeriGas in South Hill for 6 years. The drivers were always nice, but because of Covid,…read morethere wasn't any one locally to answer the phone and my calls were transferred to somewhere else. The fees and rules kept changing, in their favor, making me pay more. I finally had enough and in late 2021 called to ask if I could buy my tank (so I could ditch them). I was told yes, but I would get a call back with the price. I never got a call. In Feb 2022, I finally got a hold of a person who said I could buy my tank, gave me a price, and completed my purchase. I signed a document online, paid, and was told I would get the bill off sale back with an AmeriGas signature once it was approved. It would be my proof that the tank was mine. Months went by and despite my calls, I could not get them to send me a signed bill of sale. Some time in summer 2022, I just gave up calling. Fast forward to August, 2023, and what appears in my inbox? it was my bill of sale with an AmeriGas signature! It only took 18 months. I am SO glad to be done with AmeriGas.

They never came so I have called back 5 times plus sent emails and everytime they say the same thing. They will expedite which has done nothing. Today the guys tells me the plant that supplies me was impacted by the storm and is down propane which is why I'm not getting my delivery... I don't care, they take my money every month and are supposed to deliver. Bring in propane from your other offices.. I am dangerously low and I need it now... someone respond and do something already!!!
