I went to him with a laundry list of health issues, he looked at my previous doctors notes, hadn't even looked at the paperwork I had completed or the MultiCare website information I had filled out, he told me I didn't need the treatment he had me on, and sent me on my way to a weight-loss specialist. No testing was done, and when I asked about it, he said he was using the tests that were done a year and a half ago. Yet the illness and the symptoms were still there. It was expensive and I waited months for the appointment. Terrible experience. I was heartbroken and desperate for someone to help me with my health issues. My primary care physician was flabbergasted by Dr Graf's lack of treatment. He left me feeling marginalized and unimportant.

Then when I asked at front if she was going to order any labs or update my daughter vaccinations the front person said she didn't ordered anything and that she needed to come back for a initial examination bc she was going to do that next appt. What?!! Right?! I was very disappointed of how she handled the exam like downplaying any concerns my daughter had. Saying that a test such an an MRI was too expensive to do etc I really wanted my daughter to have a good experience but it didn't happened. She treated her poorly and made assumptions about her when my daughter came in with PPO insurance. It was discriminatory and bias at least. My husband and I found Dr Raisis to be very friendly, respectful and great bedside manner. I am very, very picky about who my doctors are, and I immediately felt very comfortable with Dr Raisis. In the recovery room I heard staff talking about him, and they had nothing but good things to say about him. In my book, if medical staff speaks highly of a doctor, that is who I'm going too see! Dr Pritchett made a good choice!! Two wonderful doctors, and this morning, I'm sore but no real pain!! I was told to expect lots of pain post op...doesn't seem to be happening! And I credited those two doctors and the great staff at Swedish Ortho Insitiute!!

Dr. Raisis in particular was completely disinterested in my case; he was never receptive to anecdotes that would help explain my symptoms (in fact, he outright said he had never seen my particular issue in his career, when in fact it is a fairly common issue and relatively easy to see on diagnostic images, according to information I've gathered and surgeons I've met in the meantime). For a few years I defended him, saying that while his bedside manner was terrible, he was a good "mechanic." That changed when I was diagnosed and treated for a rare infection that Dr. Raisis had neglected to warn me was a possibility of the last surgery he had done on me. In fact, Dr. Steege had seen me while I was trying to get a diagnosis, and he correctly guessed what was wrong but dismissed me saying that couldn't be the case. By the time my infection was diagnosed, there was an imminent threat of kidney failure (yes, stemming from a neuro issue!). I would not recommend Dr. Raisis or his colleague Dr. Steege. Terrible customer service, and negligent doctors with little interest in cases they do not find compelling.

A diagnostic mammogram and biopsy need to be done. Orders failed to go through. I was calling based on the order copies. I was finally able to verify an order was received for my mammogram, but it was for a standard scan. I had to reschedule and they were going to work with his office to get the correct order. I got a call from the imaging location that he cancelled my appointment without notifying me. They were concerned as this is all necessary. His office lied to me about why and didn't even acknowledge that they hadn't spoken to me about a change. Neither Dr. Wright (Wrong in my book) or his office can be trusted to prioritize your health.

I inquired with one of his staff about what my out of pocket would be for a procedure and she said she would check on my insurance and get back to me. Glad when she called and she said .00 would be my out of pocket for the procedure. Turned out not to be true, but that was my problem. - My procedure was April 2023. Last week February 2025, I get a lab bill from a company I never heard of, for my 2023 procedure and the labs associated with it. The statement claimed they have no insurance on file for me so they are now sending me a bill. (my insurance information should have been provided by the Dr office at the time of the procedure) I contacted Dr Wrights office 3 times, requesting they forward my insurance information they have on file to their vendor as it was their responsibility to provide their Contract Vendor all the correct information about me, in order to provide services. After the third request they tell me is my responsibility to work with a company I do not have a contract with. Dr Wright is GREAT - but if you have to work with his staff or billing department GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. When I left the office after my procedure I received no discharge instructions, when my husband called they gave him the run around. NOPE Not a patient friendly office. The intake nurse was also Rude.

Clearly the system didn't work as I got a form letter regarding my 'no show'. However - what really upset me was the personalized note I received at the bottom of the form letter: "We are very busy in the clinic and need appointment slots for other patients. We appreciate that you not make appointments you can't keep" It was signed by Dr. Waterman - not sure if she or her office wrote the note. Either way it was in bad form to write a shame note at the bottom for a new patient. I will definitely not be seeing her/or anyone at pacific hill if this is the way they treat new / existing patients. Their systematic mishap/bug results in a personalized nasty gram? Not that their office cares as they are so busy. Its hard enough to find a doctor, let alone one you can trust - not going to trust someone who felt the need to shame me before meeting me- or doing their homework that their systems were down. Pretty sure that is why Form Letters exist - to avoid someone writing their own personal feelings and making customers (because its America, we pay for treatment) angry or feel as though they can't entrust the individuals in who we place our most intimate needs.

Dr. Waterman was recommended to me by my former boss when I needed a new doctor, and both my…read morecoworker (at the time) and I both ended up seeing her... so our entire office was getting treated by Dr. Waterman. For good reason! She is friendly, very intelligent, and I feel comfortable speaking with her about any concerns or questions without it being awkward. It also helps that things are explained in ways that make sense, not in a bunch of medical gobbledygook. Sometimes she is a little hard to schedule, as she is obviously very busy, but she is competent and definitely someone I would recommend.

Only 4-Stars due to the staff being somewhat "pushy" with regards to selling us (wife & I) new glasses. We went in explaining we are retirees on Medicare with Aetna Insurance (supplemental). One of the staff members checked our medical coverage and immediately said we needed to pay $39.00 each for the exams. My wife explained that we shouldn't be charged due to our age and we are diabetic (this exam being our annual check-up), and we've never been charged before. She then checked again and came back and said, "Oh, your exams are free". I understand that LensCrafters is in the business to make money, but being retired and on fixed incomes we cannot afford $400+ for glasses (each). The person assisting us was somewhat reluctant to give us our prescriptions, but my wife was persistent and we obtained copies of our prescriptions. Nice selection of frames with high-class names (Ray Ban, Stetson, etc.), but when you add up the costs of new frames ($188-$200+) and lenses, they quickly become cost prohibitive. As stated in the begging of this review, Dr. Pham was knowledgeable and great to talk with. We'll more than likely be back next year for our annual exams.

Five stars for the medical team, zero stars for scheduling, phones and leadership…read more I've been dealing with EMA for nearly two years and it often seems as if no one there below the rank of physician can operate a telephone. The causes of this collective developmental disability are a mystery, but the bureaucratic disease is real. The office is fully staffed. I know that from firsthand experience because I've been there five times. The parking situation is awesome. The location is stellar and easy to reach. But the front desk? The folks working the grill at McDonald's look like rocket scientists by comparison to EMA's admin people. Why is answering the phone in 20 rings or less so hard for them? Why can't EMA call referral patients to book appointments with them? Every time I cite EMA's Wesley San as my preferred physical medicine specialist the referring spine doctor tells me EMA will be calling me to make an appointment. However, that promise has not been fulfilled once in five tries in the two years since I tore up my back. And no one answers when you call EMA's main number at 253-272-9994 to try and make an appointment. Especially around lunch time, which apparently runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at EMA. Good luck booking at EMA via MyChart, as you can with nearly every other MultiCare office or affiliate, because EMA doesn't use it. Why? Apparently, managing physician Kashif Saeed thinks they're so incredibly efficient they don't need it. I've had a wonderful experience with Dr. Wesley San at EMA, who is awesome, but I'm no longer either healthy enough, persistent enough, nor intelligent enough to navigate my way through the EMA front office team to him. I know I'm not the only frequent flier at EMA who is sick of this crap. Because their reviews are full of similar stories, What's the moral of the a story? When you create an administrative situation where the only way a patient can get through to their physician at EMA is to write a negative review online, guess what you get? You're reading it. Look Kashif, if you are too busy to run the admin side of the business at EMA then hire someone else to oversee it and focus on physical medicine. Because this isn't working.

I was set to have my 20-week ultrasound at this office as per my midwife's request. (This is the ultrasound I've been dying to see since I got my positive pregnancy test). The office called me the day prior to the appointment to ask me to move the appointment up to an earlier time. I informed them I could not do that since my husband and I both work more than an hour from the office and took the late appointment for a reason. I also asked them to make a note on my chart that I may be late due to the long drive and traffic. When I arrived for my appointment (within the 15 minute grace period) I was informed that my ultrasound tech had left for the day when I did not arrive precisely on-time for check out. THEY HADN'T EVEN TRIED TO CONTACT ME before she left!!!!! The office staff did not apologize for their unprofessionalism and even tried to say that because we spoke on the phone the day prior that had been my warning to be on-time. I stood there swelling with pregnancy hormones ready to cry out of frustration, anger, and complete disbelief at what was happening, and these women acted as though this was just standard day at the office. Like canceling appointments without informing the patient is normal and ok, especially pregnant ladies! Then when trying to reschedule they informed me the ultrasound should only take about 15 minutes as if that would make me feel better about driving an hour to their office. In order to make any appointment close to 20 weeks, I was going to have to take a day off work, meaning fewer days I get to spend when my baby arrives all for a 15-minute appointment!?! I was able to get a next day appointment at a time convenient to me at a Northwest Laboratories office where we spent close to an hour (not 15 minutes) looking at my beautiful baby. I have since called to get confirmation that I will not be charged for my "tardiness" and received no response.
