We are currently in litigation and Carin is our lawyer…read more Unfortunately, our situation is highly emotional and very delicate to deal with and understand. Carin and Pooja have talked us through numerous situations and have helped us understand everything that's going on. Carin has treated me almost like family, caring about my family's feelings and well being. Pooja has listened to our frustrations (with the juvenile justice system) and calmed me down on numerous occasions. Regardless of what our outcome may be, I KNOW that Carin and Pooja are both doing everything in their power to help our family be successful with this journey. I knew immediately when I hired them that I made the best decision for us. Let's get em, ladies.

She had to go after…read moretalking for 50 min , and assured me she'd call me back later that week about follow up to my case. She never kept her word. After at least 2 voice messages & 2 emails over the next month , she didn't bother to respond. I later found out she had consulted with a family member of mine about same case, but didn't disclose it. She may not have known, but after I informed her, she still failed to respond. Most upsetting was her being judgmental and untruthful. I very much felt she was judging me as being not in a social class level she approved . She told me she doesn't drive to take cases in my county, yet she told my mom she'd take the case . Additionally, it's listed on her website that she takes cases in this county. She told my mom $350 hourly is her rate. She told me it's $500 hourly. The worst part, she presents as though she is empathetic and yet she showed me zero empathy when I was forthcoming with her about the desperate situation I'm in and my case.
