Wanted to say some great things about Alex and his tax expertise... Last year we came across a scary self induced dilemma with the IRS...we hadnt filed taxes in 7 years due to an addiction issue.... I found Mr. Gluzman (who I call Alex as I am 76 years old) through Checkbook. I've had a tax lean of well over $100K on a jointly owned duplex with my son. Working made my income too high for a compromise. I finally retired and boy did my income go down. The duplex was under water for many years but managed to finally appreciate so it looked like the IRS was going to take all of my retirement savings and some of the value in the house which would have required selling the duplex or borrowing from family.
