Our home inspector, Ray, was integral to us making an informed decision before taking the leap into home ownership. Ray was prompt and easy to get in contact with; he was always accessible via text or email. During the inspection, Ray did a thorough visual inspection and offered tips and useful information regarding what he saw. Our particular home inspection lasted about 2 hours and included a test for radon, mold, and oil sweep. We received our extensive inspection report within 24-48 hours of completing the inspection (radon and mold test results took roughly a week since the samples needed to be sent to the lab). We (and our attorney) were very glad that we were provided with such an in-depth report as we contemplated next steps. Ray is a licensed P.E. and his structural expertise was much appreciated. I wouldn't recommend and would never use him again. Zero follow up on his part. *Note before AAA makes any more excuses I have 4 months of back and forth texts trying to get the mold report and him not responding.

Would not recommend. The inspector did not know the difference between Corrugated Stainless Steel…read more(CSST) Gas lines and flexible gas jumpers. He reported to our buyer that we have CSST gas lines that need to be assessed by a qualified electrician for proper electrical bonding. We do not have CSST but have black steel pipe gas distribution with flexible appliance connectors. One search on google and the ASHI guidance on how to inspect and the differences between CSST and flexible connectors comes right up. He apparently does not keep up with ASHI inspection guidance and is satisfied with I don't know get an electrician to do a real inspection. Best yet the tag is connected to my connectors that he identified and clearly states that it is not CSST.
