(about 10 years) Other patients (we all talk in the waiting room) have raved about Dr. Downey and his incredible ability to handle the most rare of conditions. He's the one you go to when no other doctor can figure out your problem. The staff is very nice and will go out of their way to make you comfortable. Wait times can be long for the more experienced doctors but that is because they never rush you, especially if you have a complex medical condition, so I always call Lynne in advance of my appointment to see if they are running behind.

I have even had a credit balance. I called and asked for the bill to be sent. I was told it would be emailed immediately. Well 2 weeks later no bill. I don't feel I need to beg to get my bill. I will happily pay the bill if and when I ever get it. I doubt I will. Given it took 2 years for anyone to inform me of a bill.

Just a warning: before I even saw the doctor or had a physical exam, the nurse asked me if I had…read moreinsurance and then took me to get foot x-rays based only on me saying that my foot hurt. The X-ray was totally unnecessary, as there was nothing visible on it, and the doctor figured out what was going on after she finally decided that she would do a physical exam, during which she squeezed my foot (which was necessary) but for some reason did it again so hard that I left with way more pain than I had gone into the exam with. The doctor had a terrible bedside manner and I feel like I could have just relied on my own Googling to figure out what I needed to do to solve the problem. I only called this place after being unable to get through to a recommended doctor elsewhere and I should have realized something was up when this doctor had immediate availability. I'm sure the other doctors at this practice are ok, and the person at the front desk was really sweet. The nurse and doctor, not so much.
