They are doing their best to improve my symptoms from spinal stenosis. Dr. Bridgette Mann has extended some visits in an attempt to improve the symptoms. Dr. Bridgette Mann is very much concerned with reducing the symptoms as much as possible. The staff Erin and Taylor are great to work with. Came to see Dr. Jeff after a fall and spinal injury that hospital diagnosed but treatment was not enough to relieve me of pain. Dr. Jeff and his staff are fantastic! He was able to provide some relief for me while I struggled with whether or not to get back surgery. The whole staff was great with last minute appointments, as my work schedule fluctuated. I could call them in the morning when my back was exceptionally bad and they'd find a way to fit me in that same day. Totally disagree with all these reviews. I've been a long time fan of chiropractic and been to a thousand chiropractors. Got an absolutely awful adjustment that left me sore for days later. Plus the Dr did this thing that is my biggest pet peeve when visiting a new chiropractor. He tries to adjust my back and no adjustment happens. There is no "crack", no popping, no relief. And he says to me "oh that adjusted really nice" and so on through the rest of the session. I'm more pissed at myself for not saying anything but what good would it do. Buyer beware. read more

I finally decided to get some help with my nagging neck and hip pain. Called Dr. McQuaite's office and got a new patient appointment on the same day I called. I was greeted by friendly front desk staff and Dr. Jeff saw me on time for my consult. We discussed my history and he handed me over to his staff for electrical stimulation and moist heat. After I was loosened up, I was back in to Dr. Jeff for my adjustment. It was the gentlest adjustment I have ever had. I returned two days later for my second adjustment and I'm feeling great. Jeff McQuaite tore through both of my shoulders in one split second SLAM (totalling five tears). I screamed and he said nothing. He tore both of my rotator cuffs, the Labrum tear my surgeon said can't be repaired. I now live every day with pain and constant clicking in both shoulders. read more
