Very rude staff. Cancelled appointment made 2+ months ago citing prior commitment by doctor.

Due to my complex medical history, three different doctors referred me to a rheumatologist. I chose to schedule an appointment with Dr. Kramm based on her positive online reviews, but I felt unwelcomed from the moment she walked through the door. She barely made eye contact, didn't ask follow-up questions as I explained my symptoms, and refused to look at the medical images I brought to reference. Instead, she simply copied past notes from other providers into my chart and told me she could not do anything more for me, dismissing me back to my previous doctors. She was incredibly short with me, insisted she wasn't the right fit, and even suggested I shouldn't have come to see her in the first place. When I asked for a clear reason why she couldn't help me, she couldn't give me one. I absolutely do not recommend her. Now, it's back to square one.

The physicians I visited prior to Dr. Kramm, all provided me good information with regards to relieving my symptoms. However, Dr. Kramm was the first doctor to spend over 40 minutes looking up and diagnosing my prior lab results (blood panels etc.,) and authoritatively providing me with a diagnosis and a series of future tests and steps I needed to take. She was exceptionally kind and patient with me; she explained everything in a way I could understand. I couldn't be more thankful and grateful. I would sing the praises of Dr. Kramm and the University of Washington, Montlake to everyone I know. My visit with Dr. Kramm, greatly exceeded my expectations. She is literally my lifesaver. Knowing she was at the helm of my treatment plan, gave me hope that I could live more normally and longer with my potentially life -threatening disease.

Location is easy to find and there is more than enough parking…read more I've been going here for quite sometime. I appreciate the morning walk in times. This has come in handy several times for sure. The staff is always friendly and I really don't have anything negative to say about the staff. What I dislike is when I try to make an appointment for an existing problem, everybody seems to be booked way out (a month). It makes it very difficult to establish a better doctor/patient relationship. If the available appointments are that far out, it seems logical that the existing patient will seek a different provider within the office or go take the business elsewhere. If you choose to see another provider in office, you have to repeat everything that happened and what was discussed. It's unclear if notes aren't read.. or if chart notes aren't as detailed as they should be. I do like them and would highly recommend them, but only if you don't care about wait times between appointments.

I have painful Peripheral neuropathy.Fibromyalgia, Diabetes, thyroid and heart issues, on top of many injuries from showing horses.. they wouldn't fill my pain meds I have been taking for 20+ years.. instead referred me to a pain clinic that doesn't accept my insurance and left on my referral NOTHING about my neuropathy OR fibromyalgia or many surgery sites but that I had NARCOTIC issues and a mental problem after I left a bad review about this clinic manager. In retaliation I'm sure. Bad management of my detrimental health care and right to a pain free life enjoyment. Borderline slander wo even diagnosis or testing. Stay away from this clinic if you care about your life. I WILL be speaking to an attorney.
