Never once has he made me feel like I was rushed. He's never made me feel like I was asking stupid questions. And he's always taking the time to answer my questions. A few years back I had bariatric surgery and I was having issues where I would have these episodes that felt like a heart attack and I explained as best I could to the surgeon and my other doctors what it was and none of them even tried to help me. They all looked at me like I was crazy and let me leave without doing anything for me. I didn't even have to finish explaining it to Dr Rainwater and he knew exactly what I was talking about and gave me a prescription that helps anytime I'm having one of those episodes and for that I am forever grateful. Dr Rainwater saved my life!

I expect much more thorough service from someone I am paying over one hundred dollars to see. The wait times are horrible. Plan on sitting in the main waiting room for about an hour even if you have an appointment. Once I went to the Saturday clinic, signed in and after waiting an hour and twenty minutes learned that someone had removed my name from the sign in sheet and lost it, so they had no idea I was in the building! This was the last straw before I switched general practitioners.

I referred my husband to Prestige. He called to set up an apt and heard the NP I saw is no longer there (thanks for not notifying me!). He saw someone different at Prestige, did not like that provider at all! Months later I received a bill for $400+ saying my insurance company will not cover the bill! Prestige billed my NP apt as a "wellness visit" and not an "office visit". I had already seen my provider in Florida for my "wellness" visit when I said goodbye & left Florida! They want to argue with me that it shouldn't have been set up as a "wellness" visit. I never used the word wellness when I told them I wanted to "establish a relationship with a provider". Whatever Prestige categorized that as on the back end is their fault! They should have verified with the insurance company that I hadn't already had a "wellness" visit for the year! If they want to bill me for my $40 copay, I will willingly pay that but to try to bill me $400 for their error is outrageous! I do not recommend Prestige for their billing practices, their lack of notice when the NP left the practice, and the lack of bedside manner of the provider my husband saw!
