I can't possibly say enough good things about Dr Rainwater. From my first visit, Dr Rainwater has always taken the time to hear my fears, listen to my request, and ask him questions. Never once has he made me feel like I was rushed. He's never made me feel like I was asking stupid questions. And he's always taking the time to answer my questions. A few years back I had bariatric surgery and I was having issues where I would have these episodes that felt like a heart attack and I explained as best I could to the surgeon and my other doctors what it was and none of them even tried to help me. They all looked at me like I was crazy and let me leave without doing anything for me. I didn't even have to finish explaining it to Dr Rainwater and he knew exactly what I was talking about and gave me a prescription that helps anytime I'm having one of those episodes and for that I am forever grateful. Dr Rainwater saved my life! read more

For the past 3 days, BETWEEN my pharmacy and myself, I have called the doctors office 6 times to get my prescriptions called into the pharmacy. Finally 3 of them were called in for one tablet only with 12 refills instead of of a 30 day supply with 2 refills. The other 3 prescriptions have yet to be called in and I was supposed to leave for The Christmas holidays yesterday. This is unacceptable. The pharmacy said they have never seen anything like it. The doctors office has yet to return the pharmacists calls or my calls and I'm still waiting on my scripts. Save yourself a headache and don't go to North Georgia Primary Care in Jasper, GA!

They will tell you something first and charge you a different amount for extra treatment after, no matter you want it or not, no matter you get treatment or not, they will charge you!! If you don't pay they give your bill to collections!! It happened on me already please don't be the next one. They already messed up my credit score unless I pay for a treatment which I never got!! I hope this message will help you guys. But at same time I know that most patients there are old and innocent and that's why they ripped off people. I spoke with front desk Mrs Barbara today, she is a very nice lady, she listened the whole situation from me and try to do the best to help me, but this hospital won't fix their mistakes and insist to charge me for a treatment which I never got. She told me she is doing her job and there is nothing else more that she can do. This place sucks for real, I told her a great example that imagine you are coming to my store to shop, I told you 400$ first then charge you 800 later. If you don't pay me I will give your bill to collection. Easy money so nice. This is what happened on me I hope nobody goes to this place and be set up like me.

I went in to see Dr. Adeyi for my annual physical, and my visit exceeded expectations. Parking was ample and convenient. The facility is modern, clean, and looks beautiful. The front desk staff was kind and attentive (they even brought me cold water!). I was taken to the back by Nurse Florrie, who is just the sweetest woman. She was friendly, kept the mood light, and listened actively while I took her down the long, twisty road of my medical history. She, along with the front desk staff set the tone for my visit, and helped put my mind at ease. Dr. Adeyi was everything I hoped she would be, and more. Her reputation preceeded her, but even still, she exceeded my expectations. She was so kind, patient, and compassionate. I am usually very nervous in doctors' offices, due to some trauma from previous experiences. With Dr. Adeyi and Florrie, I never once felt uncomfortable. I felt that Dr. Adeyi really aimed to collaborate with me on my care, balancing her expertise with my preferences and lived experiences. Finally, I have a place that I can call home for my healthcare, with providers I can trust. The front office representatives have been sweet to me. The gynecologist I saw first was Catherine Green. Her and her nurse assistant was extremely helpful and listened to my concerns. She's the one who gave me options for a laparoscopy since she highly suspects I have endometriosis. HOWEVER, my second visit is what was frustrating. I saw Dr. Haley. Probably one of the biggest dismissive jerks there. Even with thoroughly describing what I've been through and my following appointment, he claimed I was not "articulate and didn't know what I wanted". Hey pal, that's your job. It's to help me navigate what step to take to help lessen the excruciating pain I'm in most of the time. Do not see this guy; will be passive aggressive in your health summaries as well and claim things you did not say. Be very careful about who you see and always be very adamant about your concerns, no matter what a female or male doctor will say. It's their job to help you even if you "don't know what you want".

This man made me feel like a total failure as a woman and did not think to communicate with me as a married woman, many things that should have been discussed and he made a predetermined decision about who I was based on the questionnaire that you're asked to fill out before you become a patient. I went to this practice because my daughter-in-law had great things to say about the practice because she used them for her prenatal care and delivery of my grand daughter. My rating and review is on the one doctor. I can't say about the rest of the practice because I won't be going back.
