During the Japan Fest, I had a posture check that showed my spine was slightly misaligned, so I wanted to follow up and take care of it. After talking with Dr. Liu, I had an adjustment to relax my neck and back. Then came the relaxing part--lying on a spinal massage bed. After about 20 minutes of relaxation, I felt my whole body come back to life. I also tried the pillow Dr. Liu recommended last time for better sleep and neck support--it turned out to be really good!
