Now it seems to be all higher end fashion, which is great and I'm sure that's what they were going for to begin with. I have come here a couple times to find beautiful dresses for weddings and I actually found one that I love this time for a wedding I have over the summer. The workers are always so kind. It's located along South Dixie Highway, which is known for being Antique Row. It's across the street from Goodwill. Parking options include street parking and the lot behind the store. Keep in mind that unless you come during opening or a non-peak time, it may be difficult to find a parking spot in the lot as there are not a lot of spaces. When I visited the two days I was in Palm Beach area, the shop was packed with people - some looking for deals and others there because the shop was well known for their impressive stock of styles, brands, price points, and items. Despite the shop being busy, they had multiple gals working there that were happy to assist by holding a dressing room for you while you shopped or helping you retrieve a shoe mate for you to try or purchase. The racks are well labeled so you know what to find in the store - very organized despite the impressive amount of stock they have in that one shop. I tried on multiple items before walking away with a striped top with buttons down the side from Hermes and a cardigan by Chanel during both visits. The top was well priced for the brand and the cardigan was brand new with tags. In addition, I saw multiple brands and items there - prices varied based on condition and brand. Some items were tagged in different colors to call out discounts, which was nice. I noticed as well that the gals working there or some of the customers were very kind and either complimented other customers trying things on or offered friendly suggestions. Clean floors, bright lighting, attractive decor, and enough natural openness that you don't immediately feel trapped in a retail labyrinth questioning your financial decisions. And the store selection definitely leans high-end. This is not the mall you visit because you urgently need tube socks and windshield wipers. This is the mall where people casually carry bags that cost more than my first car payment. But even with the luxury vibe, it's still easy to navigate. Finding stores is simple, the layout makes sense, and the parking situation is surprisingly painless considering how busy and popular the mall can be. That alone deserves recognition because South Florida parking lots are often designed with the emotional warmth of a Hunger Games arena. What stood out most during this visit was just how smooth the entire experience felt. I came in, found exactly what I needed, completed my shopping without frustration, and left without feeling mentally exhausted by crowds, confusion, or chaos. That sounds simple, but in modern retail, that's basically achieving enlightenment. Honestly, there's not much for me to complain about here. This was a terrible experience. I found Bennison on Yelp and was recommended due to being close to…read moremy home. Spoke with the matchmaker and stated that I would wind it, but would stop after awhile. I was winding it enough, so thought there might be loose screw or lube issue. He tested my watch on the bench and my watch was keeping acceptable time (+- 4), but they recommended a full overhaul for $700, which is crazy. Its a Selitta movement and only 3 years, so I thought he was trying to gauge me and wasnt addressing the issue. After goung back and forth and not get a good justification for full overhaul, I told him I wanted it back and took it to matchmaker in Gardens Mall. After a brief check the new watchmaker determined that there was a dislodged screw, in fact the entire rotor had moved, see pic. He took a closer look to assure there was no damaged and although there were a few nicks, he determined that the rotor screw became loose, which is rare, but fortunately no detrimental damage to the movement. After a quick fix, reseal and $100 later, the watch was in perfect working condition. I guarantee that the Bennison matchmaker didnt know what he was doing and in fact, his work could have really damaged the movement. Im not one to write a bad review, but this one was warranted! If you bring your timepiece here, proceed with caution, stay informed and bring your wallet.
