With Marin doing my makeup, she had me feeling like I was in my 30's. Thank you Marin for making feel so beautiful that day. I would highly recommend.

Also, she kept things nice, tidy and clean especially working during Covid. We all felt comfortable with her and would highly recommend her.

None of that was disclosed before I purchased the Groupon. When I asked how I was supposed to get a refund, I was simply told to "contact Groupon." There was no offer to help and no indication that the Groupon should have been removed while services were unavailable. If you're unable to accept new clients, your Groupon should be paused or removed so people aren't paying for services they can't receive. This situation wasted my time and left me having to chase down a refund myself. It felt very unprofessional, and I would not recommend purchasing any promotions from this business unless you first confirm they are actually accepting appointments.

She walked me down to her suite and Cecy said she could cut my hair in an hour. So I went to the Wellington mall and walked around a bit and came back. They had 3 girls in there and one lady washed my hair while Cecy was finishing up a client. The other lady was also doing someones hair. Cecy asked me how I wanted my hair, I asked her if she had any suggestions and she recommended putting kind of a layer effect in the front and I agreed. I asked her to only take off the dead ends and she did just that. She blew out my front and, while I did not ask for a full blow dry, I did not expect one so I am not sure if she charges more for that but I usually do not have patience to sit that long in chair.
