I am so glad I found Lippert, Joann PHD. She is outstanding…read more So, I have my own issues that I deal with from day to day basis. But that is why I am seeking help is to better myself. Most of it is due to my past experience. We are not here to dive into that. We are here to talk about how Joann Lippert can help you. She really talks to you in the sense that she will dive into questions that are appropriate. It's hard to explain but she hasn't made me feel uncomfortable. It is the opposite actually I feel comfortable talking with her. She does have a tight schedule but she made an acception. Here is where I am with my experience with Joann. It's like when you have the A-team on any sports team, you want the best to play out on the field. You don't want the B-team nessassaryly, they are not bad but if you can have the A-team just dominate the other team. This is how I feel about Joann. She is the A-team that will just get it done the right way. I have been to other places that were not up to par and they did not cut it. I did have a counselor a long time ago that was great but I no longer see that counselor because they are to far away. But Joann is excellent and it is hard for me to trust anyone. She is slowly gaining my trust. I am really thankful for her great ability to listen and give great advise. She is very prompt when it comes to your time. You should get there at the right time and when your time is done she is right on time. I really like that. The office is easy to get in and out of. Scheduling can be a bit crazy if you dont leave a message. Make sure you leave a message so she can call you back. But she is pretty prompt about returning calls. Parking is okay but could get a bit hard if there are a lot of people. But I haven't had any trouble finding a spot. They dont have a huge number of parking spot but it is enough for the volume of people here. There are different business around so keep that in mind. But I would highly recommend Joann if you seeking counseling. She has helped me. Thanks for reading my review.

I was constantly thinking about the meaning of life, and the purpose. My mom had suggested I see a therapist. I started to see Forest, and she helped me become who I am today. A few months into seeing her and starting to work past some personal issues, I had lost my dad. It was absolutely heartbreaking. My mom reached out the morning of, and Forest made time to see me. She listened to me, and held space for my grief, which was more than enough that day. Following that, she continued to work with me, through many challenges. She gave me confidence, understanding of myself, guidance, and much more. I don't know who I would be without her today. I don't see her now, I recently turned 20, but I seen her close to 5 years. I went to Quest for an evaluation, the results of which were to be provided to me in 7-10 business days. This is your place. Originally I thought I found a place that I could get professional counseling. Currently, I am pending a court case I am volunteering to go because I know I need help. Today, after working my 12 hour shift and waiting 30 minutes for the class to start. I was falsely accused of being drunk. Not even a slight ounce professionalism but a straight rude accusation. She said "you are drinking I could smell it from here! I know it!" I sat down and she wanted a breathalyzer me. She tested her machine. I patiently waited. My response. "I would gladly breathalyzed",She had a witch grim on her face and a smirk the entire time. She thought she was right! almost like she wanted me to fail on purpose. Little did she know that I was looking forward to it to wipe that ugly look on her face. I took the test and guess what. Triple zeros. I felt embarrassed, falsely accused, disrespected, and I could continue on and on. After her breathalyzer. And wiping that ugly look on her face. She still had the nerve to say "are you not staying here?!" Absolutely not, this lady the lady with the white hair is a joke and she should have no place helping people. Her license should be revoked because the bitterness shows in her smile, her look, her attitude. Her face. I cannot believe that a place like this has a license to run a facility to help people in need during a difficult chapter. It's unprofessional to the deepest meaning of it. DO NOT COME HERE!. I really enjoyed the company of the other staff member. She made me comfortable, cared for, and understood. The only reason I would go back would be because of her. I really hope this lady isn't the owner/manager. I want nothing to do with it, stay away from here! You will be disrespected, looked down on and YOU will be violated. A fair warning.
