We were driving from Long Island back home to Buffalo after our flight got cancelled. After filling with gas, our rental car wouldn't start. It was 12:30 am. The lady working at the register and gentleman working (maybe the night manager) were super nice and kind. While we were not able to get the car started, I was grateful to be in a nice gas station that was super clean, and safe at until we could get a ride to a hotel at about 3:30 am. Many thanks for their kindness and providing us a nice place to wait for a ride the arrive!

The artist's name is Justin, and he made me a tuna sub with sweet peppers, bacon, and various fixings, all fresh, that ranks among the finest sandwiches ever! And those who follow my Yelp reviews know that I frequent some of the finest delicatessens in the world, so I am in awe of the masterpiece that came out of this roadside gas station. Not only was the Sandwich amply stuffed, it was packaged well and Justin made sure that I had appropriate napkins and plates so I can eat it in the car efficiently. As crazy as it seems, I would come back to this establishment just to get another sandwich like this one whether I need gas or not. Their iced coffee was quite good as well. They run an efficient operation, but most importantly, there is someone behind that counter who cares about quality and takes pride in what he does.

About 6 to 7mins later while I'm mid change , standing there half dressed the woman knocks on my stall and says her co worker was worried about me. I replied no need for your co worker to be concerned, I'm just using the bathroom and changing my clothes.she said "WELL YOU TAKE AN EXCESSIVELY LONG TIME IN YHE BATHROOM" This is a travel center last I checked your allowed to change your clothes and use the public restroom and rest at the travel center ?? She then stated "NO ACTUALLY ITS NOT, ITS TO USE THE BATHROOM AND GO! she then leaves and YELLs to her coWORKER "SHE SAYS SHES CHANGING HER CLOTHES AND USING THE BATHROOM, THATS OK IM CHECKING BACK IN TEN MINUTES AND IF SHES STILL HERE ILL CALL THE COPS AND HAVE HER REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY!" IM filing a formal complaint this cashier was clearly judging me n must have thought I was doing something sinister or illegal but couldn't be farther off ... she was way out of line and treated a customer like a criminal and harassed me the whole time I was there and threatened me trying to intimidate me with the police. I just looked at the signs along the highway to see what was on the upcoming exit and through Love's would do. Pulled up and since this is a shared space I decided to park kind of in between the two spaces. Lot was a bit tricky to navigate, I especially got a little confused when I wanted to head out, I actually went the wrong way. Inside, spectacular. This place was as close to sparkly as you could get it. Not sure how they do it, but they surely had everything under control. Staff were pleasant, and since it was a shared space I was able to visit the attached business with ease.

I called the store and spoke with a customer service representative who assured my personal items securement until I was able to return and retrieve my belongings. So due to my job I drive overnights and I am frequently at random gas stations during these hours…read more Typically when you show up there's one person maybe two working and they're not doing very much, the area by the pumps is trashed, garbage hasn't been taken out, the windshield washer fluid reservoirs are never full which is one of my main complaints. This station however, had washer fluid, and the one girl working, at 2:45 in the morning, instead of sitting around doing nothing or taking a nap or whatever, was outside sweeping near the front of the store and as I pull the way I caught her washing windows. This review isn't so much for the actual location but as you can tell more about the employee that's working there right now. Kind of hoping her manager sees this as she should get some recognition for actually working during working hours.
