I'm a t1d and every time we call a prescription in they say "we don't have it" or "will be here…read moretomorrow" we ordered it and came in the lady told us it would be ready in 15 minutes and we ordered it a few days prior we went back later and where told to go back tomorrow and with our Omni pods even though we have called both insurances with them they refuse to give them saying to call the insurance makeing me go days without the medication I NEED TO SURVIVE no to mention they have terrible customer service when my dad called in asking about his medication the workers got upset and hung up on him I wish that there was a place that actually cared about there customers.
