Why do people always put castles in fishtanks? Castles? What use is a castle to a fish? Really…read more Think about it? I tried asking the fish at DP Aquatics. But you know what fish are like. Worse than drunks for forgetting what anyone's just said. Three second memories, see. Perhaps I should have asked David Phillips (The man who puts the DP into DP Aquatics). I didn't though. I don't think he's got a three second memory. He's been selling tropical fish, fish tanks, plants, and a wide range of 'aquatic accessories' that include castles for fish tanks for over thirty years. He knows his stuff, go and stare at the fish and ask him something. Incidentally I used to have tropical fish when I was a kid. Little neon things and guppies and tiger barbs, tiger barbs were my favourite, I like all things tiger.

These guys have utterly transformed our experience of puppy parenting!…read more We've really enjoyed going along to their very productive, well-located and successful classes and have learned an enormous amount from the thorough and patient education they provide dogs and owners alike - not to mention the socialisation opportunities (again, for both dogs and owners!). Walking on and off lead, waiting, staying, recall and so on are now at a really high level as a result of ProPups training. Their day-care and residential services are absolutely first class, too, and our little schnoodle simply adores Tamara and Lisa. We were extremely nervous puppy parents, but seeing how much fun he has, and what good care they take of him - all with genuine affection - has transformed the whole experience for us. So grateful for all their assistance, and really cannot recommend them highly enough. T

But soon as we got in contact with Zoe she asked us what we wanted to get out of our sessions and recommended 1-2-1s and within about 2 sessions we started to notice a difference but after the 6 and the perseverance in between those sessions. It was like we had a totally different dog she had so much more confidence loves other dogs, still loves a ball but actually focuses on us. She is truly an amazing teacher/trainer and I'd recommend her to anyone. Any help you need she's literally a text away and always responds.

There is a great selection of treats if you wish to spoil the little person that means a lot to you like I do. Service inside the shop is fantastic as the owner is very polite and cannot do enough for you even if that does mean ordering specialised items. After going to the local vets and finding out that my dog has special dietary requirements I went to Williams pet stores to see if they could help me cater for my dogs needs, the owner was more than happy to help and gave me a few samples and suggestions of dog foods. Very pleased with this shops service! An assett to the local community!
