The employees were very friendly and the inside space reminded me of an old pharmacy. They had plenty of people to help and overall I would recommend stopping here for fresh local grocery items or just to check their inventory out! Every town should have a store like this.

He had finished up at Winners and wandered around the plaza. He texted me to let me know there was this Health Food store at the other end of the plaza. So when I finished up at Winners, I headed over to La Boite à Grains. It's a fairly large store and reminded me a lot of Natural Food Pantry. They have produce, fresh breads, refrigerated foods and frozen foods. They also have cosmetics and skincare. As well as household items like dish detergent, soap and things like that. I was thrilled to see a good selection of Pacifica products. It's rare to find their face powder, but this store carries it. I don't eat them but I homemake my dog's food and use them for her. They are farm local for just under $6. Love local. I also buy garlic powder and sea salt in bulk. No wasted containers this way and it's cheaper. Browsing the food areas are neat for those harder to find items. I always go in to browse and come out $40 in the hole. Thank God I don't have dietary restrictions (my middle name is carb!) Or else I'd be buying so much more from here.

I think she'd love it here, and will have to bear this in mind for next time she travels this way. They offer a number of glutten free items, which even I wouldn't mind trying, like breads. I would say it's very comparable to Natural Food Pantry. The selection is good, but the stores are not huge like Whole Foods. Prices are acceptable, but not as cheap as at Healthy Planet. They do have a clearance section of short-dated items, where you can get some good deals. They occasionally have samples of featured products. They are obviously not doing this during the current COVID-19 Pandemic, but in normal times they did. They have a points system but admittedly it takes a long time to accumulate points if you don't buy a lot of things there. I didn't know the details, but Robert from Kardish responded to my review and let me know that it's spend $350 and get $10 off and it's free to join (Thanks, Robert!). The store is bright and clean.
