The staff in here are very knowledgable and can suggest different styles of running trainers/clothes depending on your foot shape, type of exercise and fitness level. They'll even make you run around and look at your current shoe soles to understand how your body and feet carry your weight. This can be invaluable when you have no clue deciding whether you should buy a cross trainer or dedicated running shoe. Brands include Adidas, Asics, Brooks, GORE, Nike, Odlo, Pearl Izumi, RONO, Saucony and Thorlo.

Customer service is obviously at the fore front and they will go the extra mile. You feel as if you are getting advice from a good friend as opposed to a sales person. They have an array of sport offerings but particularly specialise in cricket, tennis, rugby and fitness. The items and clothing that they stock is of top performance but also looks really good. In particular I have purchased some great running gear that performs well, is comfortable and is well styled. They have a great eye for product. They are an exciting addition to the Hove and Brighton community. I am all for championing good local retailers such as Nick Rivett Sport.

Their original flagship store in the North Laines is a jugglers wet dream as they stock a wide selection of juggling balls, rings, sticks, clubs and bar flares. For those that have perfected their juggling and fancy trying something else, they have diablos, poi spinners, devil sticks, knives, spinning plates, hacky sacks, stilts, walking ladders and uni cycles. For the uninitiated - like me - there's also hula hoops and advanced yo yo's!

The small selection fit the size of the shop, with a few shelves of unique, and slightly pricey shoes along the side and front wall. Along the back hung a selection of high-quality printed t-shirts, usually on for £25, but now on offer 2-for-1. The sales clerk was quite friendly, greeting customers as they entered from behind the counter. I can't see myself doing much shopping at Flawless, but for those with particular tastes, I would recommend it.

She's got 'sweat wicking performance tops' and 'anti-bacterial running socks', and for £50 you can invest in 'slimming leggings', which apparently reduce your hips and thighs within 18 days. You do, however, need to wear them for 8 hours a day, 6 days a week throughout a 3 week period, which may make it more apparent where Betty gets her name from. If you're into your fitness and are able to splash the cash a bit, you can indulge in a £40 athlete top, or £69 for a pair of bootleg gym pants complete with a coolmax gusset (?). The water bottles aren't kind on the bank balance either, at a whopping £15. This shop is for people size D and above, not people who need egg warmers like me, just so you know. The girl who measured her was really down to earth and made her feel very comfortable, She told her where she was going wrong, i.e. wearing bras too big, and suggested some brands that would do her justice. She bought 3 bras for under £100 but worth every penny, her whole shape and posture has improved.
