Thief. Please, please, don't work this guy. Back in July my…read morepump was on for long time. Todd came and checked it out. Said I needed a new pump. The bearings were rusted out. Said pump costs $1000 + $400 labor. Later I found out same pump at home Depot cost $250. That's fine. . However, 2 days after installed, my water started to shut off 100%. Zero water on a regular basis. It would always come back on about 5 minutes later. Called him over and over for a month. Finally. He called me and said will stop by week 2 ND week of September after labor day weekend. Said would be simple fix of a clogged screen. I have spoken directly to his secretary ( wife Gene) who said he would call me soon. Now we're in January of 2019 and nothing. I don't usually write reviews. Takes a bad person to take that much cash from someone and not do their job right. I feel scammed. Please , learn from my mistake. I hope u read this Mr. Wallington, and may someone scam you or your love ones.

I called Wallington Well Drilling seeking help and advise because my well pump was running…read morefrequently. They came out and diagnosed the problem as a water logged pressure tank. They stated they could replace the tank for $500,00. We authorized them to install the new pressure tank (Flex-Lite FL7). A few days later we noticed the well pump still kicking on frequently after very little water use. I called Wallington to inquire about possibly exchanging the newly installed tank with a bigger tank, (Flex-Lite FL12). They contacted me and wanted an additional $400.00 to swap the brand new tank out with the next larger size. When I asked why they were not crediting me with the return of the FL7, they had all kinds of reasons, i.e., would have to sell as used, restocking fees etc, they were totally unwilling to work with me, as the work they did did not cure the problem explained. Phone calls to the owners in attempts to resolve the service went unanswered. I called F and F Well Drilling and explained the problem to them. Eric from F & F walked me through the process of checking my pressure switch settings, the results were very concerning. Wallington service tech apparently never checked these settings as they were found to be set at 52 and 65 PSI. My swItch is a 40/60 pressure switch, this explains why the well was kicking on constantly, further it was discovered the new pressure tank only had 30 lbs of pressure in it. F & F Well Drilling was able to talk me through the process of setting the switch back to th 40/60 settings and adding pressure into the tank at the proper level of 38 lbs.
