I'd give him 0 if yelp allowed it, I made an…read moreappointment with him on Thursday for the weekend HE said Saturday at noon he was available, I told him I had to drive from DETROIT and wanted to make sure the appointment was firm when he said it was I told him I'd I call him on Friday to confirm again he said he'll be there, I again told him the address, and the area he said he knew it well and would be there, I called him Saturday from the road and after the way the lady on the phone handled the call and talked to me I wasn't all that confident, no customer service, what admin person ask "well who are you" "I don't know when he'll be home" no cel phone no way to contact him, I arrived at my house at 11am and I had to leave by 5pm, and no one shows the hell up, after 5 there number showed up on my phone but they hung up before I answered, after 7pm I finally get in touch with him and he tells me "I got a flat" "I was there banging on the door and no one answered" "you gave me the wrong address" but he says he was at my door. I wish I would have read the reviews online before I wasted the 5 hours of driving and five hours of waiting for this guy because it's clear this is common practice for Glenn and sons well drilling. They left debris pvc piping cutoffs, bags, and garbage in the driveway, bushes, and mud. We asked for cleanup on several occasions, one guy showed to clean up bags. He told us someone would be out with the equipment to clean up the driveway and yard. No one has shown. We have called and e-mailed still no response! Do not use this company!
